I like how you have Metatron and Satan together like that. One is what is usually depicted as an angel; a holy, beautiful body that should stand below God. And then you have this dark thing that looks as if though death and destruction follows behind it, yet he is the real one that stands below God.

Yeah, Satan is not a demon, nor I am sure he is an angel, but he is the one below god and judges everyone.
He has a bad image because he was the one tempting Jesus but that is his task, to judge a character and see if they fall in temptation.

Satan and Lucifer are the same being. A fallen angel that betrayed God and faces eternal torment in hell after the events of Revelations. He does not “judge people” and he is not “below God” in any manner except in that hell (which he will be trapped in) is below heaven, and therefore below God. I don’t know what Christian denomination teaches that Lucifer and Satan are separate beings, or that Lucifer is somehow a neutral judge or a tragic figure, but every mainstream denomination, including the Catholic Church and the Protestants believe that Lucifer and Satan are one and the same, and that he is the evil one who wants only to take more people to hell with him. If you don’t believe me, ask any priest or pastor. I’ve been a practicing Christian most of my life and strangely the first time I’ve ever even heard of the belief that Lucifer and Satan are separate entities or that Satan is not completely evil is somewhat recently from the SMT fandom.

Sweet. This track is super-underrated. I love how simple, foreboding, and intense it is, as opposed to a lot of battle music in the franchise which is more fast-paced rock style.
