    Instant Pot French Dip Sandwiches:

    Baked Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders:
    Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken breast tenderloins (about 8 pieces)
    8 slices Bacon
4 slices Cheddar cheese (cut in half)
    Directions:
Fill a large bowl with warm water and a couple tablespoons sea salt. Add the chicken breast tenderloins. Set aside to brine for at least 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil (greased lightly) or parchment paper.
Remove the chicken from the water and pat dry. Place a piece of cheese over each piece of chicken. Wrap the two together in a slice of bacon. Place on the baking sheet, with the cheese side facing up. Repeat with the remaining chicken, cheese, and bacon.
Bake for about 13-16 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Place under the broiler for a couple of minutes to crisp up the bacon.
    Pigs in a Blanket:
    Ingredients:
    1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
    6 hot dogs
    6 slices cheddar cheese
    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 425°F
Slice the puff pastry into 6 even rectangles. Place a slice of cheddar on top of each puff pastry piece.
Place a hot dog on the cheddar, roll it up.
Slice each roll into 3 even pieces, and arrange the pieces evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with a 1-inch gap between the pieces.
Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
    Ham and Cheese Crescents:
    Ingredients:
    1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
    8 slices Honey Ham
    8 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350.
Place crescent roll dough triangles on a baking sheet unrolled.
Add 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese to each crescent.
Roll crescents as directed on can (start with wide end of triangle and roll until it forms the crescent shape).
Bake in oven for about 9 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Ravioli Bake:
    Ingredients:
1 (25 oz bag) frozen ravioli
1 (24 oz jar) marinara sauce
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread about 3/4 cup of your marinara sauce into the bottom of your baking dish.
Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
Top with half of the remaining sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers starting with what's left of the frozen ravioli. Finish by topping with the remainder of the sauce and mozzarella. Sprinkle with parmesan if you'd like.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
    Sheet Pan Chicken Marinara:
    Ingredients:
16 frozen chicken tenders (do not thaw)
    1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
    1 1/4 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
    Directions:
Heat the oven according to the chicken tender package instructions.
Place frozen chicken tenders baking sheets and bake according to package instructions.
Remove the chicken from the oven when ready. Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF. Meanwhile, spread the marinara sauce on the chicken tenders (about 1 tablespoon each), then sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp and browned, about 5 minutes.
    BBQ Baked Salmon:
    www.sixsistersstuff.com/recip...
    Teriyaki Chicken:
    Ingredients:
2 lb chicken thighs, sliced into chunks
    1 cup soy sauce
    ½ cup brown sugar
    Directions:
Sear the chicken thighs evenly in a pan, then flip.
Add the soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring and bringing to a boil.
Stir until the sauce has reduced and evenly glazes the chicken. Enjoy!
    Egg and Turkey Skillet:

One suggestion when you are browning ground turkey or ground beef is to use a potato masher. Years ago when I worked at a Mexican fast food chain we had a great big commercial one that we busted up the ground beef when we were cooking taco meat. Just constantly use the masher as the meat is browning and it won't ball up. As my trainers told me at the Mexican chain when I was learning this we are selling Mexican food and not Italian meatballs so keep hitting it so it doesn't ball up! Lol lol

I made the chicken teriyaki tonight cause didn't have lot of time, it came out great and my son loved it. I had small PKG of tenderloins that was marked down in the freezer, took it out, cut them up, still added little salt, white pepper onion, & garlic powder, little Goya Adobo, sprinkled some of my green onion cuttings over top. I love that it's fast, cheap n easy. Will definitely make more often. P.S. I only had soy sauce packs from take out, lol.
