Resonators are out and now they are definitely playable! Next Resonator video will be with the Bystial engine! I wanted to showcase pure-ish Resonators first so to prove a point that you can play them even without an engine

You don't need an engine, but the bystial engine allow you to calamity lock your opponent with etude of the branded, this is why the bystial version is the best version

One thing to note, don't shotgun red zone, because if your opponent uses Dark Ruler or Droplet, you can chain Red Zone, then Abyss to bypass the no monster responding rule.
For the Droplet one though, that's assuming the opponent doesn't also toss a trap.

Great tip! But don't forgot the card has two effects and can be used once each (1. Summon from banished zone & 2.Destroy one card if opponent activated a card). So yeah save the second effect for droplet

The new RDA supports are a great addition to the archetype. Playing Resonator/Bystials but found myself not using Bystials a lot, though it does help extend and allowed me to get Supernova, Nova, and Abyss out in 1 turn with Red Zone, Crimson Gaia, and Red Reign as back row.
How red reign? Is it searchable?
@joshualouisa Not searchable. So you'd have to run other cards to send it to the GY and the one card that is good for it is.not out yet.

Those 7 URs are so madshit crazy man, WTF. We knew RDA is rogue, and for komoney to give these rarity made me hold my urge to spend the gems even more.. even though it's one of my fav archetypes.
4 URs are all I can afford by dismantling others... but more than that, I prefer complete my VS + Prankkids

I’m so excited that the RDA supports are finally here (despite the kinda heavy price tag attached) & to see the deck is a lot more explosive & consistent now. My biggest worry is accidentally blowing myself up with OG RDA 😅 Shame Kuibelt didn’t arrive in this pack
With the RDA support out of the way, I’m getting ready for the Odd Eyes/Z-ARC support coming either in the next pack or the pack after (hopefully)

If you have Soul Reso in the GY, then you won't have to worry about OG RDA's destructive effect Xd

My favoyrite thing about this support is they found a way to make the OG Red Dragon Archfiend integral to the strategy and viable, he felt forgotten and the fact they brought him back was really top design for the support
I loved that they did that, as well as the spports effect having "Red Dragon Archfiend" as mention for better consistency

Out of all the duels I think my favorite was the early part vs Snake eyes cuz of how crazy you made the deck look when it came to recovery. Also very weird for the opponent to have all those monsters but didn’t link off to Apoloussa and instead went for Spright Elf🤔

8:15 if you summoned Skynkron in hand you could have ended your turn with Supernova, Hot Red Dragon and OG RDA all with Red Zone.
Always pay attention to Resonators you have in hand to empower your board. They are not bricks!

just started building the deck and even though I don't have the pieces yet from what I've tested so far this deck is extremely fun and I can't wait to play it once i finish it. quick question. does this deck have anyway to out the really big towers like psychic end punisher? My friend so far has just absolutely walked over me every time with it when he helped me practice the deck. that might just be cause I dont have all the cards yet though.

@@ZedLockYT Basically they destroy themselves to destroy other cards on the field and to bring themselves back. 2 of their monsters can destroy other fire king monsters to negate spells/traps and monsters respectively but they basically just go around destroying cards on the field

Ancient Pixie is just a synchro bridge. Reason why we run her is because of Soul Reso being level 3,and without Bone (or if something happens to him without its effect procking) we can use Soul with Wildwind for Ancient Pixie. I recommend waiting for Kuibelt instead (a lvl 7), since its a better alt to APD

Did red supernova dragon ever appear in the anime? I’ve only seen the cutscene with that 3000 atk RDA so far…
Only Red Nova, OG RDA, Scarlight, Red Wyvern, and Tyrant was seen in the anime. All the RDA with "Hot" are seen from the manga

My recommendation for a red zone set is to not activate, and save it for when enemy uses dark ruler then you can chain red zone flip, into abyss dragon negste dark ruler 😂

So I'm a little dumb. Can anyone explain the reasoning behind Ancient Pixie Dragon in the extra deck? Is it just to have a lvl 7 dark dragon to synchro?
AP is just our synchro fodder, there are times when opponents negate Bone and we are left with a lvl 4 bone and lvl 3 soul reso. AP will be replace by Kuibelt once it is released

I recommend Ancient Pixie more than Baronne de Fleur now since we are easily locked to dark dragon synchro monsters very early. AP is just a synchro fodder and will be replaced by Kuibelt once it's released. If you don't have AP then play either another Scarred or another lvl8 dark dragon synchro monster,save those ur gems for Kuibelt

@@yassking no problem! just wanted to help mah fellow players! Bystials are an optional engine, you can play either with or without it. Bystials DOES extend the deck's plays though like kc lock & more banish. You can check out my latest post, and it's about Reso w/ new supports with the Bystial engine

Sorry for the late reply, Yes, AP will be replaced by Kuibelt once released. Kuibelt is ALSO a synchro fodder btw. Reasons why we play it is because it's a better lvl7 dark dragon synchro monster and we sometimes have to go lvl7 because of disruptions of opponents
