- We are a Korean family living in countryside village in the Philippines. We bought Philippine tilapia fish from Changi, the Filipino wet market. Using the tilapia fish we bought, we added the coconut milk to cook this Filipino food called Ginataang Tilapia.
And we can tell this is the best tilapia recipe! Lami kaayo ang tilapia!

ah vinegar is use it for removes smelly fishy in also removes the jelly water by tilapya.is da same in saudia arabia clean fish by vinegar with water then rinse again by clean water remove smelly fishy. yes i lnow that so Lami in bisaya words masarap in tagalog words delicious in yummy English words.hihi 😊😊😊🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️i love it korean couple here in Negros island along beach , its nice to see here stay at home likes a Filipino culture.

Great food one of my favs. but usually we dont fry the fish, plus it is much easier to separate the bones and fins cause the meat is more softer.
