Today, we are touring this amazing piece, Sanders home in Brussels. This Eclectic house appears to have been built by the builder François Sanders for himself, and is part of a group of three houses on the corner of the Rue des Eburons and the Rue Wilson.
Its superb white-brick façade is decorated with blue bricks and protected by a charming country-cottage-style double-hipped roof. The oriel window on the first floor was added by Paul Hamesse in 1909. The modern restyling of the interior has managed to retain the house's eclectic character, and some surprising Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Classical features remain.
