Today we visited the Dragonray Aquatic Centre Nong Khai.
A great restaurant / coffee shop very comfortable and relaxing.
Also an aquarium and fish breeding centre ฿100 entry fee discounted if you buy something in the coffee shop.
Another attraction whilst visiting Nong Khai.

Freshwater Rays are big in the fish business. Fish of these types are worth thousands in. of dollars. Big industry In China, Thailand SE Asian. Very profitable biz.
