I just love seeing the segments in Cuba, music, food , dancing and smiles, just makes one feel happy :). Lots of fake watches this week, I like learning and watching the way a fake eventually reveals itself the deeper you dive into them. Not everyone has a super microscope to examine watches but with a good Loupe or eye glass one can at least make an eye level assessment on authenticity, but the people who make these fake watches are also learning new tricks and ways to conceal things, so thank goodness for Charlie and his microscope :) . I dont know about older watches but Rolex and Tudor say you should service your watches about every 10 years, so I dont think it's that big of a deal unless he has been rough on it.
Old Rolex’s and Tudors 3-5 years. Anything after 2000 every 10 years.

@@johnflynn6140 hasn’t changed at all brother. I have 8 vintage and 1 current and this is what Rolex told me
2000 for a service, even Rolex themselves wouldn't change that for a movement service, add polish and still don't go even close to 2k

Only service it when something is wrong with your watch dude. You can service every year but its a waste of money.

People bring in all sorts of watches, but a lot don't want to be filmed.
Paren de meterle cuento a la gente. I've owned Rolex watches since the 90s and you dont need to "service" often at all if the watch is working fine. 10 years without service for a Rolex is nothing. I have models that have gone 20+ years no service and they are running completely fine.
