  • My hotrod is my baby. It's a 1931 Ford Model A roadster with a Brookville Roadster frame. The 355 with 3 deuces is mated to an M-21 Muncie 4-speed and a 9-Inch Ford with Posi. Let's check it out and do burnouts!

      I decided when it was going together that it would always be flat black. I just like it too much as it sits! Thanks for watching and commenting!

    Ford makes V8's, fit right in .....

      I built the car to honor the hotrods of the 1950s. In that period, hotrodders used what was lightest and made the most power, regardless of brand. Ford engines of that era were not big hp makers. An sbc is far easier to find parts for than a 292 or 312. I've driven it almost 100k miles, so dependability matters. I contemplated a flathead Ford and an early Hemi, but neither had the balance of power and light weight I was looking for. I'm glad I made the choice to go sbc. It's what I'm most familiar with, and there are some really cool vintage speed parts available for them. Thanks for watching and commenting!

      Thanks, dude! Wheelbase is stock. Lowering it made it look much longer. Thanks for watching and commenting!

      @mohawkgarage  Před rokem +1

      Thank you! It's a Brookville Roadster A frame. I wanted something that could go fast while being safer. It's much more stable at higher speeds. Thanks for watching and commenting!
