Actually guys, that construction place in the center IS an ice skating ring being prepared to be opened in a few days. But it will also depend on the weather when it will open up so take that with a grain of salt considering that next week is supposed to be about at least 10 degrees celsius warmer than it is right now.

You should visit also Christmas Markets on the farmers markets: "Kalenic pijaca", "Zemun Pijaca" and "Palilula pijaca" 25-30. December (8am - 4pm). Also "Starogradska Zima" Christmas Market in Vojvoda Vuk park.

You should visit the Belgrade Waterfront, there will be a concert, lightshow and fireworks from the tallest building in Serbia, on NY's eve.
