      It's not really idiotic, imagine yourself defending this piece of fatherless work that is Amber, you have nothing to ask the witness that can get an iota of truth out of them, because they're not there to lie, they're there to testify against your client. All you really can bank on, is trying to attack the client's character and person to try and discredit their character, because as pointless and low as it is, it's your only course of action. Doesn't make it any less sad and pathetic though.

      She had a TMZ guy for crying out loud. It really shouldn't be hard to find ways to make an effort to discredit that (though they probably wouldn't have worked, it at least wouldn't be idiotic).

      I mean it’s their job. They’re not going to throw the case just because they have little credible evidence. It’s incredibly unprofessional as a lawyer to do so. Innocent people are already screwed over in the modern criminal justice system, and many more would be if they followed your wishes.

It's perfectly possible that the page he followed changed its name during the trial and he was unaware of that because he hadn't been on twitter since 3rd May. Regardless of that the jury clearly aren't fans of heard or her team. Numerous legal eagles present in court over the last few weeks have said that. They are done with Heard and her unprofessional and amateurish team.

    I can't really call myself a fan. I've never seen any of the Pirates of The Caribbean movies. However I'm a fan of justice for people falsely accused. I am really rooting that Johnny Depp gets his name cleared and he can enjoy life fully again. I love that when it comes to this case for once everyone is on the same side.

    I find it creepy how Amber never smiled during a testimony from one of Johnny's witnesses, but coincidentally and constantly grins after the witness mentioned he was in an emotionally abusive relationship and her yelling at Johnny had triggered him. And she looks straight at him with her head held high. I don't know if she's trying to intimidate him, but this isn't a good look for her when she's been the one considered the abuser. It makes me believe that she must think he's "a f*cking baby" and that no one will believe his emotionally abusive relationship because he's a man. She's not even smiling, she goes as far as smirking, just like she did in her deposition way back. Creepy.

    Her attorneys are the most obnoxious and rudest lawyers I've ever seen in a court case. I know when testifying the witness is supposed to be polite to attorneys but I find their behavior so unprofessional. This guy seems to be nice and easy going. Glad he's able to hold his own against the egotistical Elaine the pain.

      Me too. I think that's why Depp's team sued in Virginia, where judges can grant TV access. They tried to sue in London, where the libel laws make it easier to win, but it seems this case is more for public opinion than to get a result. I'm glued to this case like a ghoul, but I don't think it was a good decision for the judge to allow it to be televised. It's playing out like reality TV, not justice.

      @@nehamahabir9098 The reason for that is because the jurors aren’t allowed to see or read about the case while it is going on. It keeps them from leaning one way or the other. Since the tweet was recent and happened during this trial, they can’t see it so that way they remain unbiased.

Both Depp and Heard have skin in the game so it's more understandable when they're put under fire by opposing lawyers.

    The contrast between Elaine and Camille is so stark. Elaine asks these questions without actually knowing the answers. When they answer the opposite of what she expects she just forges on as if she's winning and does nothing to prove her point.
    Camille has facts data examples exhibits to support every question she asks. Amber keeps trying to say "I don't know" and Camille brings up exhibit after exhibit to prove exactly what she is arguing.

      I agree to a certain degree, but keep in mind the evidence is stacked against Heard, it’s very, very difficult to defend an obviously guilty person especially in a civil case. It also seems that Heard hasn’t been completely honest to her lawyers.

    Amber and her lawyers accused everyone of being a fan or a liar. That was their only defense since witness after witness shut down their arguments. That and the make up thing over and over. I was so tired of hearing, so you don't know if amber was wearing any make up, concealer or amica cream. witness after witness 🙄🙄
