    5 dislikes came from s2000 and mx5 fanboys. You are driving one of the best looking cars on the planet right now. A keeper. Bangle's Z4 will never age. Timeless design.

      Actually the Z4 is faster than both around the track, and that’s without an lsd. It’s a very underrated car, that’s why I picked one up about 5 months ago. I notice prices are already appreciating for the manual version.

    I love this intro. I think I got my car passion from working on old Mustangs with my dad when I was a little kid. I never didn’t love them. Dope upload, sir! 🙏🏾

    Good choice and the Manual :) In the UK we love our Manual Transmission :) More cars these days are however starting to be sold in Automatic :( My first car was a Manual Vauxhall Chevette, it had a 1.3 L 4 cylinder engine with 53hp and weighed less than most modern cars, it was not anywhere near a sports car, but being rear-wheel drive and fixed axle Panhard rod rear suspension it was fantastic fun to drive, the rear end could be flipped out sideways and almost allow for 90-degree bends! Yes, I was a crazy teenager once and loved it. Still brings a smile to my face when I think of it. Looking forward to buying a pre-2008 Z4 soon in my mid 50's :)

    If you are ever near Toronto Canada let me know, it'd be interesting to get your take on a heavily modified version of your Z4 ;)

    How nice to see a red one. They're all black or silver here. Except mine which is Maldives Blue.

    I think you're going to have a problem with your convertible top. It's responding much to slowly in your video. I would check the convertible top drains located behind small access panels in the rear wheel wells. If fluid runs out, you may have a problem with your top motor and hydraulic pump sitting in water. Good luck and your Z looks awesome.

    Can you put the top down while driving the Z4?

      Not while you are driving, but you can buy a module called 'smart-top' that will give you that functionality.

    Weird, the badges say 3.0i but it's clearly a 2.5si...by the way - I love the color. Too bad that the pre facelift Z4s came only in black, silver and grey (at least that's the only colors I ever saw on the early models).

    • @vltruane
      @vltruane Před 3 lety

      How do you know it’s a 2.5? It clearly looks like 3.0i

      @@vltruane It has facelift bumpers and the N52 engine. Over here in Europe these were all "Si" cars. But it seems that the early LCI ones in the US were still wearing the regular "i" badge. So my bad...It's a 3,0 N52 but badged like the pre LCI models in Europe.

    Driving a manual isn’t hard. If you can’t though then don’t touch my Z4.
