I have not found any free to play game worth my money, and have never spent on microtransactions. With that said, I really enjoy this game so far, without it taking any of my money.
totally agree, i did spend money since i do know that f2p games need people to spend money and i fully plan on playing this game a long time, but i haven’t actually bought anything p2w yet, just colors and the dino lepic skin😂 almost everything( even inventory slots) get better with mastery
convinced me to pick it up

Played the beta a few months back and it was fun and full release seems more flushed out than before. Looter shooters are always loot bloated and diablo4 is the worst offender in that trait except after a certain level they spam drop legendaries like they were going out of style. Overall the game is fun, runs clean and it’s probably perfect for someone who only has an hour or so to play a day cause missions don’t take long at all so far.
Good to know I’m not the only one that enjoyed the beta and likes and noticed the difference in what is there to get between the beta and the full thing.

Hell yeah man..glad to see you put something out about this..good shit..you are right about destiny and Warframe..the new player experience is daunting and prohibitive..almost to the point of being insane..logic would say that these games should put a ton of effort into the new player experience because thats the point of the game right..to live on..I actually played and loved destiny 1..tried to get into 2 super late in its cycle and bounced right off..I also remember putting like 6 hours into Warframe and still not knowing what the hell I was doing
Warframe has improved that vastly. It's still a bit confusing, but lots more ways to feel direction. Destiny, however, added a "skip tutorial" and a faster avenues into raids. So....yeah.

We really cant tell, i like it but indont think it will last, look at Helldivers 2, thst game is awesome but already lost 90% of its player base. Its worth playing for sure, but i would wait to spend money on it.

It's okay, it didn't really hook me in to the point i want to keep playing. Maybe i need to play a character i like. It does seem like they're pushing the store though
I heard this game harvests ALOT of data (per steam reviews). Wonder how bad it is....
That is my question also, it's kind of open ended in what data they mention collecting. I decided to wait untell I found out what data they actually collect before checking it out.

It's... okay. The story is just nonsense - which is fine. The visuals are alright (certainly not as good as what they advertise in their trailer, but that is to be expected). I've put about 12 hours or so in, and it's tolerable. The character abilities are interesting, from what I've seen.
I will see if the game puts a hard gate which requires us to pay money in order to meaningfully advance within a realistic time frame. I have very little time, and these games often ask for money in order to speed things up.
You have little time but put 12 hrs into a game that's been out for a day? Lol

As a general rule, the most i will ever spend on ftp is how much I would spend if it was a regular priced game.
