    Bill Murray has that wonderful quality about him that you can't really figure out and doesn't have to say any lines you still laugh.

    Where The Buffalo Roam-Murray portrays Hunter S.Thompson more accurately than creepy johnny depp's impersonation.Plus,Neil Young did the music!:)

    Caddy shack is a great comedy. Siskel and Ebert are being to dismissive

      What's interesting is Ebert's wife Chaz said it was one of their favorite comedies to watch together. Even though it's very different than "Groundhog Day", both weren't immediate classics. They found there love over time, I think cause so many parts of each movie end up sticking in your head. So when you're living your life you're reminded of a line from "Caddyshack", or how your life is feeling like "Groundhog Day".
