- The Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming offer incredible scenery and abundant wildlife viewing opportunities. In this video we explore along both Highway 14 and Highway 16, the two main East-West routes through the Bighorns, and see creeks, waterfalls, river, elk, moose, deer, marmots, and so much more.

Beautiful! Peaceful! Spiritual!!
I watch stuff on Wyoming Public TV. This videos is a good as any I've seen on WPTV!!
Stunning photography, thank you for sharing Robert!
Thank you, Mary :) I'm glad that you enjoyed this video!
Beautiful scenery ❤️👍🏻
It’s been close to 40 years since I was through the Bighorns. I forgot how spectacular they are. Hopefully there were extra folks taking in the area while Yellowstone was closed. Thank you for sharing!
We were talking about that on Father's Day weekend when we were up there again and wondering how many people were displaced Yellowstone visitors!
In the 1950s my grandfather helped build the roads in the Big Horns..
My Dad helped build the wooden walkway/platform, you were standing on at Shell Falls.. The old Shell store and tap room in the little town of Shell has some good food and home made baked goods.
Stop and see the dinosaur tracks on red gulch road the next time you're in the area.. I would also suggest stopping at the little museum in the town of greybull.
That is awesome! Thanks for sharing those memories!
Glad you got a new travel partner! Great video!
Thank you,I havent had a chance to get out yet
Wow beautiful! Thoroughly enjoyed this. Love love the Big Horns. Thanks again! ❤
I want to retrace your steps in this video! Gorgeous!
That was a fun outing in the mountains! Some of it I had seen before, but that stop at Devils Kitchen was a nice surprise on this trip.
Absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for sharing!
The waterfall at 6 1/2 minutes was SPECTACULAR. Wyoming is lovely, and contains one of my favorite places, Yellowstone. Thank you Robert for taking us there with you!
Thanks, Susan :) I'm glad you enjoyed this video. We went back on Father's Day weekend and camped/explored for a few days so I will have more coming from the Bighorns soon.
That is sure some beautiful country. I'm so glad to see you and that cute girl traveling around 😍 💕
Beautiful
Magnificent video💗
So glad to see you enjoying yourself out in your favorite wild places 💕
Thanks for sharing💖💖💖
Can't wait to get back to WY, thanks for taking us along
Awesome footage, thanks for taking the time and making the effort.... Loved this! 🙂
Thanks, Mark! I love this area and there is just so much nice scenery.
Thanks for sharing the tour...#1 on my bucket list to tour the state of Wyoming
That was amazing! It must be a long tough winter out there.
I think so! We were just up there camping for a few days and ran into a fair bit of snow and ice - including some sketchy road conditions - above 9,000 feet. It seems like there is a pretty short "nice weather" window of some time in June until some time in September.
So beautiful 😍
Sure enjoyed this one! Thanks
We found some nice scenery on this little adventure!
Wow, such beautiful scenery! Thank you for this wonderful video. Takes my mind off this 103 degree day here in central Texas. I will watch this again and again. Appreciate you sharing this amazing place. 🌞🦋❤️
That is hot! We were back in the Bighorns on Father's Day weekend camping because it was in the 90s here in the valleys. Fortunately it hasn't been as bad this summer as it was last year. 103 is definitely hot!
Thanks!
Thank you, Alicia! Much appreciated :)
Spectacular beauty😎 Thank you Robert👏🏼🐿
Wow!
We went back up to the mountains and camped for a few days last weekend and found a bunch more incredible scenery and interesting spots too! The video from our camping trip will be coming soon.
Excellent video. Would love to visit there. Need to put that on the list! 🙂 --Mark
It's a very scenic loop along Highway 14 and Highway 16. You can do it in a day trip, but there's plenty of nice places to camp too if you aren't concerned with cell signal.
Quite enjoyable (although we’d like to see more of Melanie) 😊
I'll have to work on her :)
Very nice video. I love the Big Horn mountains. Driving the 14 from Dayton to Greybull soon. Want to check out Shell falls.
Thanks for posting.
Shell Falls is cool for sure. I think the landscape along Hwy 14 is a bit more dramatic than along Hwy 16, though we end up along Hwy 16 more often just because it’s a bit closer to us so easier for a day trip.
Robert I am just contacting you to verify we just texted and you are sending me something. Lindy
Hi there! Thanks for checking. It was definitely not me texting or sending any messages.
@@RobertWitham Thank you. I thought it was scam. They wanted me to $170 shipping on a free Jackery. They gave me .e and one other person a reply on a comment I made on your channel. You might let your subscribers know.
