Don’t rush the release. Quality assurance is the key, get it right the first time. Also, fingers crossed that some minor bug issues will get sorted out - Sony A6700 video clips banding after optimization. Tech support was advised of this. Thank you

This is amazing! Thank you for your hard work! I do have a question, however. Are there any plans on adding a puppet feature? Resizing png images and making them zoom across the screen is really fun as it is, but it often feels a little stiff and I kind of wish there was a way to warp the image in some way to make it look more natural. It would also help with making quick "animations" for presentations (for example, making a still image of a person "shrug" by making a keyframe of us dragging the shoulders up a little while the rest of the png is pinned down) It's not a necessary feature, of course, I'm just curious as to whether or not it has been considered.
Hi there, thank you for the kind words. That's a fine idea, that I'll log in our feature request database. This sort of effect is generally outside the core skillset of LumaFusion, and--in the near term anyhow--you'll likely be better served by using another app to create such effects before adding them to your edit in LumaFusion.

Nice nice! Curious to see what you guys gonna do with version 5. I edit all my CZcams video's with Lumafusion. Its such a blessing to edit on the move. Thank you guys! (Please don't make it subscription/pay per month based. I am willing to pay for the new version, doesnt even matter what price - of course it should be reasonable - but please stay away from the subscription/pay per month model).
Thank you for the feedback. We feel you! It's our goal to stay away from subscriptions as much as possible, because we know not everybody edits every day, or even every week. It's a drag to pay for stuff you're not using. Best to pay just once! Happy editing!

It's not that we're being coy by hiding a date, it's that we're finalizing the app, making sure it's as good as we can make it before we roll it out. It'll drop when it's ready. It's not always a predictable process, except that you can predict we're all just as excited about it as you are.
I really wish we could do handwritten notes / annotation / draw straight on clips. It’s the only feature that’s making me want to abandon LumaFusion for the new FCP for iPad. Right now, the lack of ability to annotate directly is a major lacking feature. I’m hoping you will add this.

I feel like you’re missing out on a very big market, specifically all educational videos, because people are not able to annotate their presentations in the app. That’s a must have feature for those of us who make videos for that purpose. Using green screen overlays is just too complex and time consuming for most people and it’s much harder than the easy annotation one can do on FCP on the iPad or CapCut on the iPad now.

Please update Auto Subtitle at your Apps .. I used Capcut for subtitle , but mostly i used LUMAFUSION .. And one more thing , Hope you can Add more variaty of transition , After effect .. like Capcut .. Because i know you can do better than that 😊

Multicam Studio relies on certain hardware/software capabilities in iOS devices that are not present in the Android ecosphere. This combined with the huge variety of device models and capabilities in Android world, means it will likely be a little while before we can release something that will provide a good Multicam edit experience to most Android/Chrome users. While we power towards that day, we are actively working to continue to provide the best mobile editor for the Android user. We're expecting to release Speed Ramping and Enhanced Keyframing for Android not too long after we drop it for iOS, for example. Thanks for using LumaFusion and happy editing!
@@LumaTouch like many I'm just not a fan of the apple ecosystem, hate is a strong word but that's almost how I feel about them and couple with price the so much more better value for money devices from other brands, I don't like the way companies in general have to think apple first and android 2nd. I can understand your comments about hardware and software but it doesn't matter which android brand it is their main flagship all use the Snapdragon 8 gen 3, so surely there's some commonality within the processor infrastructure to build something that works, I just feel it's not a level playing field for the consumer. Also what are the plans for transitions, overlay effects and masking, this is 3 areas where I think the likes of Capcut, Filmora, Power director etc are streets ahead of Lumafusion. I love Lumafusion for the traditional multi track editing, but lacks the "fun" creative features that creators today need. I find myself building short mortgages in Capcut to be creative, exporting from there and then use Lumafusion to piece together the main video. I'd love to do it all within one app but the creative options especially for transitions and effects are just not there. Just my own opinion.
Relax!) multicam editing doesn't work properly on ios either - synchronizing is a nightmare, it doestn't work in 90% of my concert projects. And even manually you cannot synchronise, simply because you can not hear TWO audio tracks in multicam, only ONE!) 😅
We've always supported editing 360 videos (you use the 2:1 360 frame aspect in your project and it delivers a 360 tagged video). For setting the frame of focus, it'll be necessary to use the camera-native app. Thank you for your interest.

But we are also deeply invested in human-centered creativity and we generally reject the widespread theft of creative work that's used to train most LLMs, so we are taking a measured approach. How would you envision using AI tools in LumaFusion?
