    My goal this year is to reach my normal BMI. Always been obese. From 97kgs im down to 80kg :) watching these vids to continue to inspire me. Lols. Miss jillian michaels though

    I think that at the start they should do 2 minute of all the workout moves and 1 minute of rest. It would be better for their body. These super intense workouts don't really help them, they just put their bodys into shock

      Well its about winning, not health, no real trainer would have people with this much weight run or jump.

      But they do seem to burn calories faster. I think they can do it, they just start telling themselves they can’t when they have gone beyond whatever they know as average exercise.

    Don’t think just do. This is partially true. Do you want to spend your energy thinking about how hard it is, or quieting those thoughts and just doing it, but yes, be careful

    That guy is a cliche of a trainer. And you know exactly which one im talking about
