7th is slightly better but rates are generally in the range of 7000-8000 / sq ft. Have a word with the agent # given in the desc and you might get more clear picture based on the site location that you are interested in.
U told 8 th block less developed now u have to see how it is, my brother constructed home in 8 th block, we can't buy off site also in that place, 20*30 site price 50 to 60 lakhs

Hi Dr. Satyajit, 1st block is good and closer to Kanakapura road especially with the bridge that has been opened (you would have seen in my video). Just get legal verification before buying, as always!
