This is the first I've seen in a long time with a fireplace in the home theater, and how amazing would that be for football games in the fall or a cozy holiday movie with my wife. The thoughtfulness of design carries through to the backyard as well. I cannot believe how amazing that open space is. I think you mentioned it's nearly an acre of property which seems almost impossible to get in this beautiful city. And that pool rivals anything you'll find at the highest-end hotels and spas. I'm almost at a loss for words for how welcoming that backyard is. Even to call it a backyard seems like a misnomer. It truly is a recreational haven. The minimalist elegance of that Cabana and summer kitchen has won me over. I can picture myself working outside from my laptop, having meetings with my worldwide clients, and even bringing some of my clients to this property to stay and enjoy some time in Miami. Adding to the list of things that are nearly impossible to find in Miami is the number of bedrooms in this property. I nearly fell out of my chair when you said there were eight bedrooms! The primary suite is resplendent. And the color palette is so calming. In fact, the color palette throughout this entire home is so perfectly picked. I love the furnishings and the window treatments that puddle on the floor. Nothing says opulence like the way this mansion has been outfitted with furnishings. I'm so inspired by the way you talk about manifestation. And it's always a welcome point in all of your videos. Hey Peter, pretty sure you know I'm a house guy by now and this house delivers 🤙🤙🤙 I have question if you don't mind answering. As someone who sells these properties to buyers, what's the major justification for those that chose buy a Condo for the same price as a stand alone property like this?
Beautiful home but that pool was not well thought out. I'm not used to coming out of a pool and Stepping on to grass. You know thats a fail. What about the elevator? No one pays that much and doesn't get an elevator. The kitchen is killer.
Hi Gary . The area around the pool would normally have a deck finished off by the new owner or requested by the new home owner. I could see a wood deck going around really warming the space. Same with the elevator. When we filmed the home had a construction team on site still doing all the finishing touches
