While I love the Florida mansions, I can never get to the lack of privacy with these waterfront estates. I would definitely always want a high hedge around my property and nobody nosing in.

I love the neutrals in this home. My type of aesethic. I just don’t like the laundry room is basically in the kitchen. I also wish there was more natural lighting in this home. The outdoor living room is nice. I think this home is small especially the backyard😭

Jason, the past few vids, it either sounds like you are under the weather, or the microphone isn't working properly, I kept the same volume and loaded up some of your older vids and the audio quality was much louder and crisper. But thanks for the uploads! Glad you're back after a hiatus!

Jason can you mention the setbacks at houses with docks for that specific neighborhood. And the exact length of the dock. I need to know so that when I buy a house like this, I already know the maximum size of the boat I can dock there.

It's not in the best part of Boca. The waterfronts around Mizner Park and Spanish River rd are more desirable. This is worth 5.5 to 6 if we are being generous

just curious - obviously those are custom lights. I don't get what happens when one of them blows. How do you fix it? Being an average person I just run down to the store and buy a new one. I just wonder how the rich deal with it.
They last for at least 10 years and afterwards they just buy new ones, simply a renovation, and the rich also like to change things over time to not get bored

They were healthy. An excellent house for a single man (For example, like me, I would definitely fit). And if you add something else, there will be beauty at all (I don't mean a rubber product, I like the living ones anymore). Add two bedrooms, a pier: For example, I'm tired of falling, kicking my ass, "WITH ACCELERATION" to the second bedroom, it seems not cultural to the street. Well, for those who love hot things, you can directly from the pier to the channel, as in the song "AND OVERBOARD I THROW IT INTO THE RUNNING WAVE." Keep quiet my sadness, keep silent.👍💯
