Banana guard was played by winners in both hungrybox 1v1 tourney AND twitch rivals 2v2s, both of which had many pro platform fighters. Him, shaggy, and wonder woman desperately need to be toned down especially considering they r all recommended difficulty
@westonb.9 I agree, haven't fought that many Wonder Womans, and I'm pretty sure Shaggy is only as good as he is because of the game slowdown issue, if they made the game move how it did in the beta he wouldn't be nearly as good. I think Superman is too OP, his grab attacks that used to never work are almost unavoidable now thanks to the game slowdown
@@KarpetBurn yea they nerfed finn hard aswell granted the bmo buff is good but against good players u wont have time to collect coins easy. i find interesting that you cant stack the speed buff 3x like u used too AND its really temporary like 10 seconds. also idk if u used to be able to do this with fin but lebron james can almost never win against finn now. high five or bmo {more consistent on bmo} can turn lebrons balls into urs. oh and now that they slowed the game u cant dodge out of iron giants car bash+tree plant move combo u can do it infinitely its really hard to dodge out of it
I watched his multiversus and videos from a year ago just now and switched to this. It looks like I'm watching it in slow motion. Such a huge difference.
My only complaints about the game is that you can't just simply re que into another match you have to go back to the main menu just to switch characters

This is one thing that bothers me, they have this damn wide selection of adventure time characters to choose, and they went Banana guard? Not Ice King? Marceline? Billy? Hell, even Gunter would be a better choice than a Banana guard.

But on an another note they have a ride range of characters to choose from WB I hope we get some interesting characters soon they are more obscure. Samurai Jack would be so dope

@@inanimatemist8610 I don’t think samurai jack is niche tbh maybe just less known to younger ppl i think that younger generations won’t know him but that doesn’t mean there isn’t an audience for more obscure older characters like the gremlins and looney tunes characters my nieces and nephews have no idea who they are but they are sticking true to the name and having many characters from different verses. TLDR they have a lot of properties and have the potential to add a lot of cool characters and give them some spotlight they deserve

It's made that way so that it's more accessible to everyone so more people can play the game because it's a live service. And all wb cares about squeezing as much money as possible out of its products instead of creating art and letting it organically grow. They want money as soon as it's out the door.

On top of the fact you kept all the characters you got in the beta. Irrespective if it’s to retain players or not that’s literally unheard of in modern games
neutral is just 10x more important now which can be rlly boring for most people, just sucks that slow characters feel extra slow like Jason is actually useless against any decent player who also isn't playing a slow character

His side special hitbox is busted plus ice tear perk to slow and down air specials good for mix up

the game has actual decisions now. you cant mash or abuse dodge and go unpunished but you can still go fast if you learn the game
