    Premier League chief executive Richard Masters has said that Manchester City's legal case will be solved 'in the future'.
    Man City allegedly did not provide accurate financial information and did not fully disclose the financial remunerations that were made to one of their managers over a four-year period.
    The Premier League also alleges Man City did not comply with UEFA's financial fair play rules over a five-year period. They also allege Man City have not fully co-operated with the Premier League's investigation.
    City unequivocally deny the allegations.

    • @joeexotic5831
      @joeexotic5831 Před 15 dny +1

      @paulbrickland9625 That means the new state of the art stadium they have built, which meets all the health and safety regulations, not improvements to the current ground. Also who says the safety of any fans is at risk. What everton said was they thought the money for the new ground didnt count in the covid year. As there where special rules put in place for that season. Im not even an everton fan, but you seem to have got the wrong end of the stick. This is about money spent, not about ground safety. Everton are trying to say they didnt realise the money spent on bramley moore, the new stadium, counted in the calculations and without these costs they where under the threshold of money they could spend. But in hindsight they admitted they had misunderstood and admitted guilt and hoped for leniency because of this. City have 115 charges and admitted none, so basically the premier league chose to prioritise the low hanging fruit in everton, rather than go after a club with 115 charges as a priority

I still think somehow they will escape punishment. Really we should be happy in a way. They have deducted points from Everton and forest for a fairly minor indiscretion compared to some of citys, so in theory they cant get away without deducting points or relagating city, its just a shame its taking so long. I really feel its bringing the whole integrity of the league down. How are we meant to be happy for city and except they are the best team if they win the league, if they have spent 8/9 years breaking rules. What fcking evidence does the premier league have. They couldn't even hand them from 2017. You fans are sour and lack knowledge of the real UK law. Get educated quickly

      @jasonlightbody5356 fck off you corrupt fan. Fans like you have 0 IQ and it worries me how you all living normally. If man city were "guilty" then the "charges" would be proven 7 years ago. Instead of typing "what about city"
      "What about city"
      "What about city"
      Get yourself educated so your IQ becomes higher or just live a scraggy fake football fan

      City won't get away if there is an evidence of the charges by the Premier League 😅
      Without an evidence city are innocent 💯

    • @lewish_1476
      @lewish_1476 Před 16 dny

      @ojodavid7267 there's no evidence. It's all binned now. In case you have -1000 IQ. You would know that charges for fraud/doping which city are being accused of have to be brought in withing 6 years maximum. Last charge was in 2017. ITS 2024 YOU MORON

  • @SteveLFCThisisAnfield12345

    As long as they are still not favored by the money they paid the var systems or get massive points deducted its not fair to the league might as well just stop watching prem knowing it to be boring

  • @Discombobulate453
    @Discombobulate453 Před 16 dny +5

    The premier league is already in a mess. Officials are rubbish, VAR is not being used properly, City have won 6 in 7. If they get away with these charges despite there being 115 of them, then I’m done with this league. Not paying money to watch corruption go unchecked in front of my own eyes.

    • @adergas1
      @adergas1 Před dnem

      Get away with what ? So far there is no evidence shown from the Prem...only alleged charges .
