Super Moist ube loaf cake with ganache(Ube Pound Cake)

Ingredients:
1 cup cake flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup whole milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup ube halaya or ube jam
2 eggs
2 tsp ube extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
For frosting:
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup milk
2 drops ube extract
1 tbsp butter

It's so delicious. Thank you for sharing this video. It's very easy to follow. I just don't like the music. It doesn't match how good the recipe is. Maybe relaxing music will be more appropriate. But I still love the recipe. Taste better if you make your own Ube Halaya, not the store bought ones in bottles. Thank you.

I try this recipe po pero nag amoy puto tsaka hindi sya naging cakey texture parang hindi nag small bubbles sa loob.
Chewy texture po sya.
Pero still masarap naman kaso hindi sya naging cake.
