Stop talking like you have ever been within 20 feet of a Porsche. I live in an apartment complex that probably has over 100 of them in the garage. I have several friends with different Porsches and drove a bunch of them. Their build quality is pretty good. You just have to maintain them and the service isn't cheap. @@kbtriplesix

You can get amazing cars in the 50k range. My friend had service run with his q5 and it costed him 1700$. My honda type r cost me 400 for a full system check and realignment of wheel base. @@whiteshark450 Yea, my problem is that I live in Brooklyn and the roads are shit and insurance is expensive. The garage spaces in my condo are $500 a month. Insurance for a 2 door Porsche is probably expensive. I would be looking at paying at least another $700/month plus the car payments just for a car to drive on the weekends. If I had another $2000/Month to throw away on a weekend car then I probably wouldn't care about the maintenance costs of a Porsche... Also, there isn't anywhere to do any sporty driving here...
