  • Political analyst Dr Levi Ndou says some political parties might join the GNU to strengthen it, but others might join for their personal interest and not those of the voters. Three parties have announced that they will join the GNU this weekend: the UDM, Rise Mzansi and Al Jama-ah.

@@marieslabbert6009That's your opinion and I respect that, but we can't speak against the facts. EFF and MK cannot join the GNU because it's not what those who voted for them wanted for south Africa. It's not even philosophical, it's one thing to run a city together, but DA will never do anything to improve the lives of black people. It's just a fact,we just have to acknowledge and accept that. But we can through emotional tantrums speak about EFF,but we have not given them an opportunity to rule south Africa and hence anything anyone says is simply empty words and empty assumptions.

It is only now, after the inclusion of Al Jama-Ah that the GNU has 60%,of the political parties in the N.A, from now on, any party that will want to join, will get an approval of those GNU members.

You call people gogos solely because you likened them with your grandmother there in the rural areas; a person who knows chickens, cattle, goats, 12:01 and sheep. In the sphere of government and its arms, and in politics as well, we refer to people as Mr, Ms, Mrs, honorable so and so because they worked hard for those titles. Brains, using Brains is a standard for respecting those people. Your grandmother is Mrs so and so too if you consider her marriage. But, locally, she's MaZulu depending on the clan name she is coming from. All I ask, respect people according to their achievements.

@Josephalive101 There's no way an experienced legal practitioner like uGogo would fail to interpret a clause while an unmetriculated Mr Mbalula does. At law when interpreting a clause you either approach the textual, orthodox or contextual way, bar precedent.

The progressive alliance will be weakened because they need money to run day to day events so those in government can donate to their respective parties. UDM for instance funds could the issue but the not necessarily selling out.
