The city night whispers secret in the silence, waiting for someone to listen
The trumpet artists are amazing! They have added so much melody to the poetry.
The song they are playing at the beginning is called "Robert Henry!"
The essence of a summer evening in NY is perfectly captured in this video, with the words of the poem playing at my heartstrings.
As a New Yorker who has lived outside of NY for years, coming back always feels like a warm hug with the city saying “I remember you”. I miss that feeling.
