Hi Team ! Please share the DVR to cloud URL link. We have the multiple devices and its all connected with hik-connect applocation But sometimes its getting offline. If any URL availabe for whitelist from the firewall please share the link.

Hello. Are there some problems with sending records and pictures from Hikvions DVRs to OneDrive storage recently? Actually our DVR (DS-7616HUHI-K1) configuration which used to work stoped and don't send any files to created OneDrive folders (they are empty).

If possible please upgrade your firmware to the newest Version, if not working, maybe your device is too old

Connect your device and your computer in same LAN, then use sadp tool to detect ip address, double click ip address then will open in your browser, you can login there
