For me the food that Must try is Tamparuli mee, Leong Chuan Tasty house, Kedai Kopi Pin Wei, Menggatal (Sang Nyuk Mee), Yu Hin hilltop, Tg Aru Chu Chap, Kon Now mee Kg Air

I used to love all this food before. Until i gone for full medical check up and to my horror suffer high blood pressure, high cholesterol and unhealthy kidney. My advise, eat balance meal that contains high vege, with moderate red meat but balance with fish and chicken protein source with low sugar, salt, oil and preservatives.
So eat this delicious "culinary" once a week or month. Go for balance diet. Don't eat everyday! If you must eat outside daily, then go for mix rice with 2 portion of vege and 1 portion of protein source like meat, chicken and fish.
Trust me, you don't what to chock your arteries with plague. I am in long term process of undoing my unhealthy diet. Go for full medical checkup just to be sure your health is good condition or just to check if you dont' suffer any early signs of health decay

Some of the selection such as JIa Siang, Seng Hing and Sin Wan are just a quite ordinary shop now

I think the only one I know is Jia siang and welcome. Jia Siang beef noodle is very basic. I prefer Guomin or the one in menggatal.
