Barcelona offered him to stay an additional year in Turkey but he refused, I see it as a very risky move he could not play all season long. While if he came to Barcelona an other year in the starting eleven for Fenerbahce would have been very beneficial for him

@@Daniel-ro8tq he would have been loaned back to his club this Season but he didn't want to, that was one of the main reasons he chose real madrid. After Dembelé's departure he could have been the backup right winger. As of right now I can't see where he can play for madrid

@@nadinyo remember when Real bought Vini and Rodrygo, they both arrived in a very packed Madrid team. The first year is about learning and connecting with the first team. We will see him from the next season properly with the team, Real doesn't have a left footed RW, I could see him played even as a false 9, with Rodrygo and Vini on the wings. Time will tell if he will succeed, but I reckon if Real manages him like they've done with Vini and Rodrygo there a positive chances to be the same.
I'm wondering what they are doing in Madrid that so many of their players are picking up serious injuries, especially knee related.

As a barca fan, i was sad that we didnt get him but also hopeshe has a good career and fulfills his potential. A bit sad about the injury report but Also i think when he signed for madrid he should have stayed at fenerbache cuz i dont see how he is supposed to get game time this upcoming season with the mifield they have unless they have an injury outbreak and hes game fit by then and in the future where if the rumours are true, madrid already have a deal with mbappe done.
In hindsight, I am happy he didn't come, now gave Lamal the opportunity to shine!

Finally, it seems. I was very angry at all turkish teams and how lil faith turkish teams and the whole turkish football system had in their young talents. Im still reserved though, because a new"Messi" or turkish "Messi" was announced so many times, and (obviously) even though i dont believe there will be anybody who will come even close to Messi (For me he is the GOAT since 2009, already at that time ive never seen a better footballer, yet he would outdo himself time and time again, but thats for another discussion, and btw im a Barca fan since about the early 80s and have seen the best players in the whole world since then, my first world cup i watched was in 82)
I really hope he will develope nto one of the all time greats of football history, because turkey has so few. To this date the most talented football player out of Turkes is named
Sergen Yalcin. But even with all the talent in the world, he lacked some of the most important attributes, which was discipline and commitment. But even though he partied all the time didnt practie properly or failed in paractices completly, he still became the best turkish footballer in History. He still achievd alot of great things, but man, had he the discipline of other players and would he have not seen football merely as a hobby, he know wouldve be known as one of the all time greatest footballer, if not in the top 5.
Bayern Munich and other big clubs were interested in him, but he never wanted to leave turkey, because he kenw outside of turkey he never would get away with all the lack of discipline, and the partying stuff ect
He was so fucking skilled, his dribbling, his feeling for the ball, his shooting precision and his visionary passing, man, to me he is the biggest "what couldve been" in football history.
And the turkish national team is much in need of a new breed of talents, its about time for tukey to step up and also dominate the world football scene in international level.
I wish he rather went to barca, but hopefully he will find succes in Madrid, i would wish that no matter for wich team he plays, and hopefully more turkish talents are on ther way.
I cant comprehend how a nation with a population of about 80 million people, and such a football crazy nation that is, hoe theydidnt became one of the best leagues in europe and therefore the world, and how they couldnt achiev anyhing with the national tea. The last time was 2008 when the player put turkey on the map. The short but sweet era from 2000 until 2008 is the most succesful period in turkish football, on a club level and even more so on the national team level.
