Your husband reminds me of my dad…he could fix anything or make parts that would work. Such special people! God bless him and you for all you do. It gives people faith in humanity ❤
I never cease to be amazed at how creative Nate is. He reminds me of my Dad. He could fix and build anything.
I absolutely love the new vet. She is so into finding solutions to any health issue with the horses versus just putting them down. That's how a vet should be! As for the lumber, make some official round pens with it.
Nate can literally do anything! 😮 Dr. Kristin was back - I hope she keeps coming back to help you! Big John was so gentle and cautious under the saddle, so sweet! The fotos have been absolutely beautiful 😊 I hope Vanilla gets adopted! Garfield becomes a staple member of the household. Glad Midge accepts him now!
Nate can do anything. His invention of the wrench was so cute! I have been in a hay field many a times! All you ladies do a wonderful job! Enjoy your videos!
Nate can invent anything, can't he? He's one of those people who can build a horse trailer out of a piece of gum and atick.
Gosh nate is a handy man, is there nothing he cant do, and patience of a saint, another great episode ❤❤❤
Thats the missing red draft halters! Your car likes to be prepared!
I really look forward to your episodes mostly the horses but also the special individuals too.
I can't help but notice how horses react to kids on their backs. So different a step than with an adult. Like they are afraid the child will fall off. lol
Cindy and Nate make a great team ❤
Watching Nate replacing the hitch despite the drill bits made me realize how even-tempered he is, and how I would have pitched a fit multiple times! Need to learn some patience from Nate….
Nate has the patience of a saint. I would have lost it with the trailer hitch as soon as i saw how difficult it was going to be to attach. That was annoyingly complicated. Well done Nate.
Man! I can almost smell the fresh bailed hay and how the air gets right before it rains in Wisconsin. Boy o boy do I miss home !! Thanks for the vlog !! Ps where you listening to The Apple ? Don’t know if that channel would come in there- classic rock ?
Nate invents tools to finish jobs that just don't fit into the normal job. I'm pretty sure that he can invent anything. "I think I got an idea." excellent!
Nothing better than a comfortable saddle!❤❤❤Nice horse. ❤❤❤
Hah! There ya go! I was sending psychic vibes to Nate to think of putting the bolt through from the inside, and screwing the nut on from the outside. And then he did! haha
Wow. The nostalgia from that old barn must really be strong. Can't wait to see what you do with it now. 🙂
Great episode again. Nate is a genius and can fix anything. He has patience like a Saint lol - lucky you lol.
So nice that you are still getting help on a Saturday with so many on holiday - it would be a lot to do by yourself!
Big John looks very impressive with such a beaut saddle on him - even if he doesn’t really want to go more than one round at a time lol. He is gorgeous!
So nice that Midge appears to of accepted Garfield at last - I didn’t expect that 👍🏼👍🏼.
Will be exciting to see what exactly the old barn is going to be done too and brought to new life again.
Lynda 🧚🏼♀️👍🏼
Why not drill matching holes through the other side of the tubing and use longer bolts. Then you can easily access both the bolt head and the nut... that's what I would do
Put the extra wood in a pile in some sheltered place - you always need odd boards around the farm.
Nate could probably train the Dog to Bring him certain Tools. The Dog basically already offers His Help :)
It's interesting how when Nate Put the safety glasses on, the Dog sat down. As If He knew this meant Business. Smart Dog, He maybe knows more than you think :)
Clever and ingenious Nate in how he figured a way around all the obstacles!
The gal taking pictures is a "very" good horse photographer. 😊👍
Sure will be interesting to see if you can help that paint. Looks to be a really nice horse.
BIG "Atta Boy" to Nate!! He must have an awfully big heart to give so much of himself to the horse operation. And always so easy going and willing to get things done. Just wonderful to see.
🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍!!! Gold stars and thumbs up to everyone!!! You guys are all a great team!!!
Take care. 🥰🌿♥️🌿🥰
A quick tip.
As for trailer chains; I twist them individually to shorten the up a bit. Then I cross them to create a cradle sort a speak.
Not trying to tell you how to do it.
Action-packed stuff! Loved that. I hope the Red Cell works. That stringhalt is hectic. Well done to Nate - he makes a plan for sure.
I can’t wait to see what you do with the barn! You know it’s nice to see that you and Nate take some time together. It’s so easy to forget our significant iother. All of the horses are looking really good!❤ y’all take care and many blessings!
A nice to see you working so hard. Love to see the adoptions.. looking forward to seeing the changes ❤
Another fun episode.
It was so cool watching Nate work on the hitch, especially when he welded the bolt to the screwdriver - total mechanical genuis! 🏆💗
Prayers 🙏 for the stringhalt horse.
Y'all are very creative with your renovation projects. Hard work indeed. And very progressive. I know you are excited by the progress. Enjoyed this video very much.
Nate is a hell of a valuable fellow. The man does practically everything mechanically wise besides cutting and bailing hay. Do you have in your budget for a part time handy man that can help him?
Another great episode!! Nate is awesome!! Don't throw out the old wood, you might need it someday, ya just never know... And a thought came to mind: Hope you all are up to date on your Tetanus shots: barn wood, old dirty nails, horses, you are following my drift here, right. 😁Anywho, keep up the good work and the videos! Blessed be!
Such good progress on the building surprise. Thank you for sharing.🐴
Thanks for watching!
Progress all around. the quarantine barn floor is going to be an especially awesome upgrade!! Congratulations : )
Cindy, my husband has the same ear issue…😅. What a great video. Loved seeing new saddle in use and all the progress made on Saturday.
Nice pictures you have a great gift. Beautiful.
I have those titanium coated drill bits, they like to snap off drilling thru steel.
Please please guys tell me what I have to do to have half of your energy! I just started my bachelors for therapeutic horsemanship and I'm watching your vids and I'm like OMG do I have what it takes? Lots of prayers as I am 50 years old and starting over. I haven't been on a horse for 30 years and I'm hoping it's like riding a bike LOL I've been binging you guys and a couple other equestrian channels, and I'm starting to feel really confident. THANK you for all that you guys do and thank you for sharing it with all of us out there who just are in love with horses and striving to do what we can to save them.
I can nearly smell that hay too what a GREAT smell lol!!!
Love your vet!
Heart skipped thinking you were having to shut down x.x
The timber looks pretty good! You two are inventor/creators. I'm looking forward to seeing how it all turns out.
Do I see a Dodge camper van? My dad retired from Chrysler Corp. Nate is amazing all his hard work pays off!!
I enjoyed this thank you!😊🧡💜🧡
Nate Rocks 🥰😎
I'm not a hater. I love your videos and all you do for the horses. I'm not really interested in the hay/tractor-things, but I know how to speed through those segments. Just an advice to those who complaints about those scenes. I just jump to next horse segment. It's that easy. Love to all the horses and those who cares for them. 😍
Agree, much respect for her.
Cindy I have my doubts that you just sit around and video ever. Thank you
Love love that pup
Nate you’re a genius !!!!!!!
I love y'all ❤ God bless all of you🙏
You’re entire team is amazing! Nate is awesome.
Drill thru to the other side and use a longer bolt to go all the thru so u can secure it that way
Is Bernie a new dog. So cute and happy.
He was introduced a few months ago but yes, he is the newest addition.
@@PonyTalesRefuge I thought I watched all the episodes.
That old towing hitch put it on top of old tree stump and drill a hole in the middle of it and put a ring through the hole and you can put a chain the ring and you can tie your dog on it
Regarding trailer hitch bolts, what about nut on outside? Sure making an 'easy' task into a frustrating event! Handmade unique tools are always 'fun' LOL Good video
How exciting, can’t wait to see what’s happening in the intake barn area!!
I really enjoyed this episode and can't wait to see what happens next !!!
They look like they were meant to be together
Ok weird question but do you rent Nate out and would he like trip to Australia?? Seriously joking but you guys are so lucky to have him. 🤩🤩🤩👏👏👏🇦🇺🇦🇺
Bernie is beautiful
Nate has the patience of a saint…. I was frustrated for him with those bolts 🫣 xx
All that wood could be recycled into limited edition swag that can be obtained for a donation?
❤❤❤❤
🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I swear dog's see ghost's!! Mt little min pin barks at nothing all the time!!
Ohhh no don’t say the “W” word!
Is there a local craftsman who would like used wood for small projects???
That is the kind of mechanical puzzle I also do well at. Just wondering how it was originally put on there...and why they made it so hard from the get go.
Maybe drill each hole right through both of the sides of the bar where he first put the nut into...then use long bolts? Would it still be strong enough with the gap inside the bar? I think with that many bolts it might be...if there is room enough to get all those nuts on.
I guess not something u have to do often so however it gets done...works!
isn't the gas tank held in by 2 straps
Bare, could you tap threads into the trailer?
Where is ponytail reuse organization located
We are in Colfax, WI
Why is it when they design things its stupid and theres always that awkward screw etc my husbands like nate theyd get on so well
The Save America’s Forgotten Equines (SAFE) Act (H.R. 3475 and S. 2037) is a bipartisan bill that permanently bans horse slaughter in the United States and prohibits the exportation of horses for slaughter
PLEASE CONTACT your congressmen and senators! PLEASE!
Here's what I wrote or write your own (to your representatives):
I BEG YOU, BEG you to help pass the SAFE act to help protect horses, mules and donkeys from slaughter! California passed this YEARS AGO! What our equine who end up in the slaughter pipeline suffer is DISGUSTING! IT'S BARBARIC and it is WRONG! PLEASE get this across the FINISH LINE once and for all! Otherwise, I DARE you to attend ANY auction/slaughter pipeline in the US! You won't wait a minute longer once you do!
Be a champion for these companion animals who DESPERATELY NEED this LEGISLATION!
......
And PLEASE keep writing and calling until this law finally gets passed! PLEASE!
Why does it say all good things must come to an end? Please don't say you are giving up on being a horse rescue.
Tearing apart the original barn. So an ending for that, but a new beginning for the qt/vet barn!
