Is it fraud when the contracts say he has totalitarian control of the funds? People signed on to be taken advantage of… he may get caught up on dereliction of fiduciary duties but the way the fund was structured was really set up to be a very legal “scam”.

That's not a Ponzi Scheme but it is illegal to use investor funds for purposes other than what you told investors.
A ponzi scheme is using new investor's money to pay off older investor debts. Not sure if he was doing that but this instance is a bit different but not legal

It’s like 3 or 4 of us to achieve such. A RegA+ is the hardest security to qualify for. Most SEC officials are attorneys. Although Jay has his faults and haters (including you), we still need to give him credit for presenting the opportunity. White folks have ripped off Blacks since history. My real estate fund was qualified during Covid-19, which destroyed my fundraising. Out of thousands of Whites since 1933 via the enactment of the Securities Laws, only Morrison and Gilmore have achieved such. There are many White fund managers that have $0 in their financial statements yet they raise millions. People were against Jay from the start including the NFL & NBA /Vlad and others. Jay was doomed to fail🙏🏿.

Much respect Tony and Jay will get everything coming to him and it's such a bad way tenfold and he better pay you back your money he knows it too when he asked me pulling money out of my 401k is I basically was trying to see what was the Tulsa real estate fund about and I told him I can pull out like damn near you know 140,000 out of my 401k I want to see all the info on it I want to see the tax records and all this stuff and all they said was sure I'll get it to you I said it's public record you know anyone can see it see what everything is all about never get back to me and then when I'm seeing you having the issues with him I knew something was not right and then I kind of went through his little bio of him being a felon drop out all that crap I saw all this dude is sheisty and also when you and him you know had the issues I knew that's not good business
