A good way to revisit and retry several of these foundations without keeping us waiting so long would be to make a compilation all in one video, wear one a day and film over several days with check ins throughout the day. Kind of like a speed dating video but with foundations lol. I hope I’m explaining the idea well enough to be understood. 😅

Oh my gosh, are you serious? Thank you for this information. This is my all-time favorite foundation EVER and I was so upset when they discontinued it. I still haven't found a foundation that comes close to how well that one worked for me. I thought it was gone forever!

Went to a local food store in the UK which mainly sells frozen foods in deals, anyway, gets to the till and they have that Ordinary foundation there for 0.99p, light shade only. I had never heard of it before. Had to pick one up just to try, thought daily wear rather than my more expensive foundations for work etc. ANYWAY! Worked well, went back and bought another 3! Can't go wrong for £3.96

Every shelter has different policies, you have to call and inquire. I feel there are not enough beauty influencers passing products along to those in need or talking about this concept of helping those in your community or donating them to organizations that will.
Organizations like *Project Beauty Share* will gladly sterilize and donate used cosmetics and skin care to women and families who need help to have been displaced, have escaped violent situations, are experiencing poverty, or other barriers in life that have a direct impact on their well-being, hope, and dignity.
Give them away to friends, family, in order to re-home them to give perfectly usable product a fighting chance before ending up in a landfill. You can give them away via nextdoor, craigslist, facebook marketplace, etc, all are perfectly acceptable. People like me would happily come pick them up!
There is also *Wands for Wildlife* is in need of used mascara wands help save wild animals. The organization collects and distributes the wands to wildlife services in need. The wands are then used for animal care. They remove debris, bugs, and eggs from fur.
Please consider inquiring with your local women's shelters and look up the above, use your voice to spread awareness. At the very least, they can be used as pigments because that's what makeup is: for artists, kids, etc. It's a medium of color to be used, not to end up in a landfill. You could even compost it when removed from the packaging.
Pump bottles can be re-used for other things. Stickers can be removed from glass bottles and these containers can be re-used.
If the product is new enough or untouched enough, you can even make money on selling it via Poshmark, Ebay, Mercari, etc. (Content creators are often obligated to not resell however.) Plenty of people are always looking for discontinued and current products.
Lastly: Nordstrom's project "BEAUTYCYCLE" accepts the following:
HAIR CARE: Empty bottles, tubes and caps from shampoo, conditioner and styling products
SKIN CARE: Empty bottles, tubes and dispensers from cleansers, toners and moisturizers
MAKEUP: Empty tubes, tubs, pans, palettes and twist-up containers from all cosmetics
SAMPLES: Trial-size tubes and vials, excluding perfume

Colourpop's Pretty Fresh Tinted Moisturizer in Light 8N I love. This tinted moisturizer besides the Wet N Wild Tinted Hydrator is perfect for the no makeup makeup look and quick and easy for an everyday natural look. The whole pretty fresh line from Colourpop is perfect for those either natural looks or no makeup makeup. Colourpop's Pretty Fresh Foundation I still have to repurchase since I'm about done with mine.
Elf Camo CC Cream is another holy grail of my foundations that I'm still using up and will be second to repurchase. Maybelline's Fit Me Matte and Poreless Liquid Foundation is also a good one. I tried them but it covered up my acne prone skin.
Allie, I would love to see a whole series of you decluttering your makeup collection. I really enjoy watching makeup decluttering videos. What makeup people have enjoyed and not, have always interested me. Knowing what products to stay away from really save a lot of money. Hope your birth went smoothly and you and baby are safe. A tip I am trying this year is dating my new products when I get them. I am using some of the small dot stickers and a marker to date all and then I can always see when I bought it or opened it.
I love decluttering videos! If a foundation has SPF, it usually has an actual expiration date. I just found out 😅

I still need to try that Colourpop Pretty Fresh. I’ve heard super amazing things about it. Also trying to get through my current foundations so, it may be a bit longer! I absolutely adore that Loreal tinted serum foundation with the dropper. Probably my favorite foundation next to the ABH one. Congrats on the new addition.

I m a minimalist when it comes to makeup and I only have one bottle of foundation 😀😀, the infallible is definitely my holy grail besides bourjois foundation which has been discontinued here in Australia

I love the Milani Glow Skin Tint! I highly recommend. I have normal to dry skin and it's nice when I want a light but also glowy coverage. It looks very natural on the skin. Please let me know if you like it! I hope you do :D
