One of the mistakes of OW is that they have so much crap for each character; voice lines, emotes, victory pose, highlight intro, skins, sprays, etc. I think that's part of the reason they only have a new character every few months because they have to come up with so many customization options with each character. I like that they are keeping it simple with just skins, intro, sprays, and emotes. Hopefully that means they will come out with more characters more often.
You know I like how you said that you have to have the playtest to get those skins well that's unfair for Console players if it ends up coming to console
