I was trying to figure out why you were stamping in the store but I think I figured it out. Do stationary stores have a feature to document in your journal that you’ve visited there? Is this a US thing or? Very cool place.
It's commonplace in many parts of Asia to have stamping stations at tourist attractions (esp. in Japan). I think many stationery stores have adapted this because it brings an analogue/vintage feel to their shops, while also making it interactive for the customers! Hope this helps!
