The Iconic Basin Reserve | Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga

The Basin Reserve Old Pavilion (Museum Stand) was constructed in 1925 and was recently redeveloped thanks to Wellington City Council.
The stand is a Category 2 historic place and a vital part of the Basin Reserve Historic Area, which covers Sussex Street, Buckle Street, Ellice Street, Dufferin Street and Rugby Street. The Basin is also ranked as one of the top 10 cricket venues in the world.
