    I bought its smartwatch which was way better than any other smartwatch in the price range ( it was 3499₹ at that time ) but i returned coz i got galaxy watch 4 at 9,999...the point is, dizo watch R was one of the best smartwatch in the price range and i loved it. Idk what happened to them suddenly

      Same thing I did but in a different way as Flipkart scammed me by sending toy watch instead of dizo watch so at last l gone with Samsung galaxy watch 4 and it is superb ❤❤❤❤️

    I don't know the current scenario. But earlier the after sales services were very good. They replaced my smartwatch (in a realme service centre) entirely because its power button was not working.

    I am a person who follows lots and lots of tech CZcamsrs and does lot of personal observations as well . I can confirm that NO OTHER CZcamsRS IN INDIA does this much content for the general consumer as you do . The aim of an influencer is not to just reviewing products, but to give opinions and awareness to those who don't know much about tech . I am a tech head and i already knew about this and i would never fall for this kinda brands but there are lot of people who are not aware . for them u are the most valuable CZcamsr. Earned my respect ❤

    I had dizo neckband which became faulty after 6 months of use. I gave it to its service centre, they told that I will be replaced by the company in 1 months time. Now it's been a year I haven't got the replacement of my neckband. Really very annoying and disappointing.

    I Have Dizo Watch R . And I Have Experienced The Service Which Is Served By Realme And It's Was Good . But They Directly Provide You New Watch If You Have Any Problem With Old And I Also Got New . Experience Is Good So Far This Incident Is 9 Month's Old.

    Expect review purpose I personally used many Dizo products like Dizo buds Z, Dizo watch 2 sports, Dizo wireless Dash neckband all are great according to the price. But don't know what happened suddenly.

    I am personally using Dizo Watch R Talk. Its an excellent watch in 2.5k-3k price range I dont know why they shut it down. The products never felt cheap to me.

    I was also confused few days back when my Dizo app stopped working just exact way the way Twitter user said. I use Dizo Watch R for my daily driver and workouts and I'm worried about the service now. I really hope it's nothing like shut down or something.

Lekin please please please un products key barrein mein bhi kuchh boliye jo so called reputed brands within warranty hain, but na service center support karta hai na hi "authorised" partners. Jaisey screens, phones tablets by Lava, Karbonn, Kodak, Micromax, Nokia, Intex, even laptops by iBall, iLife, Chuwi, Phillips, Compaq, Hisense, Vu, Sens, Aiwa, iffalcon, TCL, Alcatel, Acer etc.

    Yes Rakesh Bhai the brand is not taking any responsibility for services. I went to the service centre and they declined my watch (in brand warranty) because of minor dent which is even not visible by naked eyes. I don’t know how they relate the charging problem with dent. I guess they don’t want to replace or repair my watch. Also customer care is not customer friendly or supportive 😢

    Dizo watch d watch li thi usme touch problem aa gyi thi july 2023 main service center watch dene gya tha abhi january 2024 last chl rha hai February strt hone wala hai ab tk watch ka kch pta nhi hai ki kb aayegi service center wale bol rhe hain tym lgega itna tym to ho chuka aur kitna lgega aur isi beech sone pe suhaga ab watch bhi warranty period se out ho chuki hai

    I bought a dizo watch r in the previous year... suddenly the watch stopped working...not charging problem. The product is in the warranty period. But there is a minor scratch in the display due to daily traveling. So I went there and asked them what they could do. They refuse to do it for physical damage...I tell them I will pay them repair cost. But they do not agree.

    I have dizo watch 2 sport. It is one of the best watch i have ever seen under 2k. Btw it is now for sale in 1300 but the specs it brings is next level like 600 nits brightness, more then 10 days of battery life, call and notification and we can cut call also, 110 plus sports mode

    I purchased a Dizo smartwatch from Flipkart few months ago, and after using it for a while, it stopped charging. I went to the F1 service centre in Gurgaon and filed a claim. It's been over 3 months and my smartwatch is still with them, and I have yet to receive a replacement. 12/February/2023 se unke pass hi hai abhi tk. Dispite repeatative mails

    I also bought dizo watch r considering it is a sub-brand of realme. The display stopped working within 2 months and as it was under warranty i tried to claim my warranty. They took 45 days to give me the replacement. Horrible experience

    I had bought dizo watch R for 3800 from Flipkart, later on on January six months from buying the product it stopped working. I had given my product to dizo service centre since January for warranty replacement. I had been contacting them since march about the product and from April onwards there is no response from the customer care and company. It's a pathetic situation where a company is looting a lot of customers including me from India and giving no response about it. I don't know whether i will receive the product or not🙂

    What Dizo did with me:
    I had Dizo GoPods in warranty, left bud was dischargin very quickly.
    I took it to service center in another City (Realme said they do not provide service for Dizo now, so I had to go to another city).
    They took the earphones and told it will take around 15-20 days.
    After 20 days, I contacted and got replied, it is still in progress.
    After 40 days, I got call from them that it is done.
    So, I collected (again going 100+ km in that city)
    I check the basics and found it was working fine.
    But when I checked the battery issue, now the right bud had that same battery backup issue.
    I felt that they just replaced battery from left to right bud.
    And now, my product is out of warranty. 🤷🤷

    Bhaiya mere dizo buds p me prblm tha to mai 1 week pehle dizo ke service centre pe gaya tha jo realme ka bhi service centre tha. To waha jo log the wo bole ki dizo abhi products recieve nhi kr rha hai last product may me recieve kiya tha. Maine kaha ki maine to aane se pehle yaha call krke pucha tha ki dizo ki service hai ki nhi aur unhone bola ki haa available hai, to unko jab wo ph number dikhaya to wo bole ki wo person ab yaha kaam nhi krta

    I know it's wrong but I bought DIZO neckband last year and their real price is 1400 but I have bought it for 800 rupees(second hand) which is almost less than 1 week old, means almost new and they are working properly so i think to myself that I have got a great deal even if this company is shit 😅

    i had bought DIZO buds z pro (MRP 2,999.. DISCOUNTED PRICE 2,699) on apr 11 2022.. on may 10 2023, left buds stopped working just after warranty period got over on apr 11 2023.. I went to authorised service centre.. they told me that they couldn't say whether it will take 10 days or 2 months for repair as parts are not available and parts are even not coming. When I insisted to check, they told that the case or the left bud (whichever is defective) will be replaced and it will take anywhere between 20days to 2 months the cost of case was Rs 1050 and left earbud was also 1050 i was so pissed i left without submitting the buds.. Imagine a product is able to precisely survive till the warranty period gets over... And also there is not certainty that by when it will get repaired...

    Being one of the customer of a Dizo watch , i can say it was a good brand who had a great customer base for a time and it suddenly disappeared 😢

    Finally I think I have made a great decision on buying boat Airdopes 402 and boat wave call watch over dizo products...... anyway my buds got damaged due to overuse .....but after 11 months I claimed warranty and got new ones ... boat service best 🙂

      @@SHY_PUPPBtw my older buds fell atleast 5 to 8 times from my ear thus got damaged.... otherwise it was working fine....so I replaced it.... . using warranty...I got new version with faster connection more range and better battery life...you should replace it if you face issues

    Dizo is going through a makeover process (which is pretty normal and happens everywhere). It will be fixed in upcoming weeks. They should've clarified this on their official feed.

    Hello sir, I bought Dizo trimmer and it's under warranty period.
    There is heating issue in trimmer, whenever I use, it gets heat in 2-3 minutes.
    And I tried to contact customer support, but no one is responding aur answering call.
    What Should I do sir??

    dizo gives the worst service. my dizo watch S stopped working within 6 months. And when I visited the service centre they told they will give a replacement. I gave it for replacement on december 2022. And it is not been replaced until now,when asked they say product is not available.

    Maine avita ka 22k me celeron processor with 128gb SSD sochkr laptop kharida tha wo v jija g se emi krwa k taki main government job preparation kar saku. Maine socha k 22k me ssd k sath light weight laptop, sahi deal h. Laptop liye hue 3 mahina hua aur screen pe ek line aa gai, fir 4th month me pura screen bich bich me black ho jata tha, aur restart krne pe thik hota tha, fir maine google kiya to pta chala k nearest service centre 300 km door kolkata me h. Main kolkata gya, waha service centre band mila, logo ne bola k company bhag gya, fir avita ka showroom me gye hm, showroom pura khali, but dukan k upar Avita ka bara sa banner lga hua tha, khali dukan k ander ek 15-16 saal ka ldka baitha hua tha, free fire khel ra tha shyd, usse maine pucha k bhai avita ka laptop mera khrb ho gya h, thik krwa do. To wo bola k bhaiya company to ab nhi raha. But aap local shop pe jaake lgwa lo. To main local shop me gya. To wo 3500 rupee me display lga diye china wala. Jb local shop mera avita laptop ka display khol rhe the to unhone laptop display ka model nmbr google me search kiya. To unko pta chala k avita Purana koi screentouch laptop, jiska touch khrb ho gya h, uska display apne laptop me lagata h. Isliye sasta me deta h laptop. Aur ab display lagane k 1 mahina bad, avi 5th month hua h. Mera laptop ka battery pura ful k gubbara ho gya tha, to Maine battery nikal di q k iska battery ni mil raha h kahi v. Ab main direct desktop jaise chala ra hu laptop ko. Electricity jati h to laptop band ho jati h. 6 mahina me ye haal ho gya h laptop ka, aur hmne 2 saal ka EMI krwaya hua h. Kya kru smjh ni aa raha h. Ghar wale alag gali de rhe h. Mera government job ka preparation v sahi se ni ho pa ra h iske wajah se. 😢

    Same thing happened with my washing machine of realme techlife
    5 mahine se unko call kr raha hu, abhi tak koi solution nahi aya
    Unke pass parts hi nahi hain
    Aur koi reply deta nahi
    Washing machine me drum damage tha(plastic) to unhone warranty me hone ke bad bhi 2000 rupees ka naya drum bheja
    (2000) le liye pehle se aur jo technician aya usne drum install krte krte koi gear box tod dala
    Ab na company koi answer de rahi hai aur technician phone nahi uthata

    Maine bhi 'Dizo wireless power neckband' liya tha 6month baad kharab hone par maine warenty claim karne keliye 2-3 service centre pe call kiya tha toh unhone bola - yahan sirf realme ka products service hota hai. 🙂

    Then I visit realme /dizo service center... And they say same things ....
