Yes, in german language we have a word for this: „Verschlimmbessern“ which is merging „Verschlimmern“ (worsening) and „Verbessern“ (improving).
Roughly you could translate it to „worseproving“ (when you merge „worsening“ and „improving“) although that word doesn’t exist in english - but you‘ll get the idea what I mean
it's "bear's favor" in Serbian too
In Germany way say „jemandem einen Bärendienst erweisen“ - to bestow a „bear service“ unto someone - which seems to be literally the same expression.

for english speakers i would say the sound of "äu" is spelled like the "oy"- sound in english, i.ex. boy. the next is the "sch" has two different cases of pronounciation. the most ist like the "sh" like fish, but in this case, the s comes from "maus" (mouse), so the last silliby is "chen", which is used for minimization of the word in front (in this case: maus) - it has no corresponding sound in english, as far as i know, but it es mostly used as a very soft, nearly silient "sh" sound. in elementary scholl i had learned to make en "s"-sound and put my tounge under the teeth-line an then try to make an "s". phonetic it would be ['mɔɪ̯sçən] (mois-chen). literal translated, it would be mini-mouse.
but to be honest - baboon-pronunciation the best pronunciation :)

Nah, while the VK really is a great tank, the Maus at tier 10 is actually insanely good. Angling your armor usually makes enemies bounce off you, even with 340 HEAT, and then you also have a massive amount of HP to trade and a pretty nice gun that usually doesn't struggle to pen its shots.
The Maus is a really underrated tank, and in my opinion one of the better tier 10 heavies currently
@@lordganimer883 maus was one of the best tier 10 heavies until wargaming made gold ammo purchasable with silver and now everyone can penetrate the maus without bigger issues into the front of the turret or the lower plate

@@lordganimer883 3.4k damage per game. Ive been playing wot since 2016, i know how the game works, and i understand weakspots. The maus is a big fat thing to farm on every map that isnt a city, and even then i can deal with simply by loading gold and firing into the 280mm~ if armor on the front of the turret. I can understand why you are meatriding maus so hard, it is not a bad tank, it is just simply outdated in the age of everyone having access to gold ammunition, where armor means basically nothing which is why the game is in such a poor state.
I enjoy hearing Skill’s English improve especially knowing he is self taught. That being said I liked the old way he pronounced “involved” more than the way he correctly says it now.
English is a tough language, so much of it makes no sense and the “rules” aren’t exactly absolute.

Bear favour is more of a Slav saying I think, western nations don't have such an expression but they have other words, phrases with that meaning

idk, I kinda dont get it, we pick superheavy, spawn on a city map, and instead of going brawling we spend half game camping corner, and there a bunch of people like this.

2nd game. Not a throw. But yea. Also not the peak of your gaming career
3rd game. lets face it. You tried an alternative route and you didnt get the best paper-stats. But you tied down the arty and had at times 3 guns pointing your direction, bounching left and right. It didnt look so good on the stats, but it allowed your team to move in and get the victory secured.
4th game.. Think I had a brainfart , woke up and saw Skill running in like a lighttank and the game was over shortly after
Yes. A bearfavor is when you try to do something good, but it turns out to come back and bite you in the rear.
HOWEVER: The recent years have been a bit different. some start to call a "bearfavor" for doing someone a really big favor, ie a goodfavor.
But the historic meaning for a bearfavor is when your actions that was intended to be good boomarangs back and hit you in the face

The garbage match maker in the game can make this game frustrating and depressing. When the match maker rigs game after game with unbalanced skill levels on the teams it makes this game not worth playing. The game is not worth playing until WoT fixes the match maker.

That's a pretty low bar. None of the superheavys are particularly good. The VK 100.01 (P) is probably the best one, tier for tier.
VK100.01 is AWESOME for bouncing damage missions
@@alanwatts8239 I meant in this game very often tier 9 is so good that tier 10 is not worth it, in this case Maus is a lot better
@@DovahFett good for what? For farming tomatoes, yeah they all are bad. For winning games, Maus will be one of the best. Especially for average player.
This game is a total rip off it’s only aim is to take money from you asap , I like skill but he makes money from all you plebs thinking hey I can do this ….. when you’ve wasted your money and work out you will loose 70-80 % of the games you play it may sink in …… you have been warned this game is a rip off … PLAYER BE WARNED ,
