So good to hear of the incorporation of the insights of the behavioral sciences into work in conflict and peacemaking. I have been doing the same at the Foundation for Religious Diplomacy, and drawing from many of the same researchers, such as the late Emile Bruneau mentioned in this lecture, for several years now. We need this, and to bring interfaith and peacemaking work into self-critique by way of efficacy instead of assuming our work is accomplishing the task. We definitely have a partner in Beyond Conflict.

This is deeply profound. Understanding ourselves is the key to resolving our intra and interpersonal conflicts. I'd like to share insights

How can someone be giving a lecture on not promoting the false beliefs that one side is better than the other go on to encourage political division around the 28 minute mark?
If your whole deal is understanding and reconciliation don't make petty jabs, maybe?
