This is actually a series of clips from multiple hooks as I moved the camera. However I can generally do one S hook in three heats, at least on a good day

Noticed that near the end. I used to love to do that opposite ends mirror style twist. Especially if reforged back to square and experimenting with retwisting in the opposite direction and the same direction. Great class, John.
