Names are powerful. My name: TINUOLUWA was given to me due to the way I came to the world. My mom thought I wouldn't survive. I was 1.7kg at birth. My mom was shocked when they told her her baby was alive. Tinuoluwa means "inside of God".

My name i s Abongile (means gratitude in Xhosa, a South African language) and I live by the principle of gratitude.
The direct translation speaks to a group of people who are "thankful" that I was born. True to that, people are usually thankful that I'm in their lives.
    I love these Yoruba names!!!

My name is Olajumoke. I didn't like my name when I was in secondary school because it felt kind of local, I didn't know what it meant then and it was very rare to find another Olajumoke. But when I understood what it meant, I felt so in love with it like I literally declare it's meaning upon my life. I am so thankful for my name and so blessed to bear the name.
'Olajumoke' means that everyone loves and cares for me because I am wealth.

My name is Oluwafeyisikemi (God honoured/blessed me with this one). I didn't always like it but I am so grateful my parents chose that name. Like Bobo said, I have times in prayer where I remind God that my existence is a blessing and I bring honor not shame. A name should be a prophecy/declaration as much as an expression of the parents' feelings.

    I really enjoyed this video.
From the start to the finish. Biko, Sisi Yemmie, put Tito's voice as voice over in some of your introduction or something, he's so articulate and he is so intelligent.
I can't wait when you will be having conversations with him, my imagination is just opening right in front of my eyes of how good those videos will be, well done dad and mom, you are doing a great job👏👌.
Also, please we want more of OG Yomi to do more videos with you, he is so deep, we need to be jotting down things📝📝📝. Love the conversations you have on this video.
Naming kids are very important and must not be overlooked in a kids life, it goes a long way as the name will be for the child ad he journeys through life and I will day, some names do really manifest in a child's life.
I like when Yomi said, "tell God to call you by your name....", I was like🗣🗣"wooooo"🗣🗣.
My first name is OluwaYemisi and I love my name because through my life, that has been my testimony.
Beautiful video and lovely names I must say. I love Teribafoluwa, Rereloluwa etc..
I was falling off my chair when Yomi said, nobody wants to listen to God but we want Him to listen to us. Asin, no lies detected👌.
I can't wait for Yomi and Yemisi in the next 2years. Kai! Won't God do it? He will💃🤪🙌

My Igbo name is Eberechukwu which means God’s mercy and for the longest I did not like it because it was too common, too plain but when my mom told me the story behind it-how she didn’t go for ante-natal throughout the pregnancy because they were facing serious financial difficulties at the time, not even knowing how far along she was in the pregnancy and how when her parents told her to come back home up north(where they stay) so they can take care of her.She traveled all the way from Lagos to Niger state by road with a toddler and her pregnancy(which she thought was seven months) that was already due and gave birth few days after her travel in her bedroom by herself unassisted-no labour,no complications(her mother was too stunned),she even cut the umbilical cord herself and basically how God watched over her and the baby, showed her mercy with an easy pregnancy and labour at that time of her life,I realized that there are some that you really don’t know or understand until you know and then watching this video and looking back,I can actually see how God has shown me mercy and turned situations around for me in ways I can’t comprehend. I really learnt a lot from this video👍🏻 and your husband is so in-depth and introspective. I can’t wait to find out the name you eventually decide to go with.

Thank you dear. Be at liberty to name our baby.Carrying the baby for nine months and fighting for freedom of your husband were an over load.Any name connecting with restoration of peace and freedom will be suitable for the baby. I love you.

I really really enjoyed this video!!! It was soo organic and Yomi baritone was reporting🤣🤣🤣 whatsoever name is chosen will be blessed because of this thought process and the fact that God’s word says He knows the plans/thoughts He has towards us! Plans/thoughts for good and not for evil.., ultimately God’s grace is sufficient 💖💖💖
