I enjoyed James Cordon in "The History Boys" and on "Doctor Who," but for the life of me I can't see what's funny about his sketch performances. That plumber character of his annoys the shit out of me, for example. Mat Baynton, in the other hand, is consistently hilarious.
Yeah, only one sketch in the entirety of Horne & Corden got a laugh from me. And that was before it became fashionable to hate James Corden. This sketch doesn't even make sense.
The guy who played Superman is Mat Horne from the Cathrine Tate Show and Spiderman is James Corden who played Craig in Doctor Who, they were also in a show called Gavin and Stacey together, they played best friends Gavin Shipman and Neil 'Smithy' Smith.
@SanFranGirl1982 I'm neither a Brit or a Yank so I don't care either way but I don't think perfect accents are necessary in comedy sketches like this. In fact, I think not having the canon accent for character adds to the humor.
@MichaelJluv22 Ah, fair enough. Most of Horne & Corden scenes are inappropriate for U15s (The DVD has been rated as a 15) as it contains sexual nature. There's a few skits with Mat in, I should really try and get them uploaded!

Superman went out with Batman (Bayntman as I refer him as, ha!) but Batman now has a new partner (Will Young), so Superman is jealous. The aftermath?...You're best YTing up the video!
Sweetheart, they're in a sitcom, playing British people at what we call a fancy dress party. So they're not actually portraying superheroes, just people dressed as them at a party I really would have thought this was obvious from the scene, do try to keep up.
