Whats the slowest shutter speed you can use the lense in low light hand held with no ibis?

well it depends on a few things, if you camera has ibis than you can go lower and then it just depends on how steady your hands are haha. if you are on a steady tripod you can go as low as you want.

Doesn't matter. If you shooting portrait of people or animals they cant stand still unless they are dead. In my practice I could shoot my wife's portrait sharp at 1/30. But it cost time. Less is impossible. Except you are shooting landscape, real estate or product. But this lens is for portrait so...
