Commonwealth Edison is doing a good job. We never had ten tornadoes in the Chicago metro area. This is scary.😮

It may be the new normal unfortunately. For 1° temperature rise there’s a 4 to 7% increase in moisture in the atmosphere producing more rain and other unstable weather conditions. There is also a drought component here, but that’s for another day.

Just be glad you don’t have DTE

If they operated in our state, our democrat governor would hold them accountable.

@@boristheamerican2938 trust me, you don’t want DTE. Look at last years winter storm in the Detroit metro area. See how many things could have been avoided if DTE just did regular preventative maintenance.

Here in blue Illinois we hold the power company accountable unlike in red Texas.

Is everything political? I'm asking your honest opinion? Your comment caused me to think about it because, in a way, everything is political.

It’s because they take government seriously. Blue state leaders are by no means perfect, but they take services seriously.

I live in Illinois. Comed is great. I lost power yesterday, was back on in 30 minutes. Has nothing to do with politics. Do everyone a favor and just stop with this left, right crap. Get a damn life.

@@arthurmorgan42069 Um yes it does. Look at Texas and the problem they are having with their power company. Its from deregulation and lax government oversight. In Illinois Pritzker would throttle them if they played those games here.

@@boristheamerican2938 Look at the problems Illinois is having due to your hero Pritzkers idea to implement cashless bail in Illinois. Look at the problems his stance on illegal immigration are causing for our state. Do you know how many people have fled Illinois in the past 5 years for red state Indiana? I can name probably 20 more things Texas does better then Illinois. You need to educate yourself.
