I own a small business and watching The Hotel Inspector inspires me to be the best I can be and do the best i can for my customers. So Alex inspires more people than she may realize. Btw, her beautiful smile is not bad either!
In a rather strange way, I owe much of my current happiness to Alex. When I began watching The Hotel Inspector and The Fixer, I was working for a large corporation in Asia. I wanted to return to NYC and build a career as an actor, but I didn't know how. Slowly, after watching Alex many times, I began to see that I could build a business and be my own boss, and that would allow me the flexibility in my schedule to audition for acting work. Ten years on and I'm in 2 movies being released on Valentine's Day; and my business just marked it's 10 year anniversary. After doing customer service training in Tokyo, and learning from Alex how to build a business, I'm the happiest I've ever been. I feel that I owe a debt of gratitude to Alex. I hope that she and her business(es) have rebounded from pandemic policies.
