It’s nice to look at stuff in stores, but we don’t have to buy, less is more, clutter boggles my mind 🤪🤪🤪
You give me inspiration. It's nice to see there are other regular people out here. I'm not in a space that I can clean right now but I want to get there soon. I have heart problems and it has gotten bad. I know God will take care of me and heal me so that I can get back to cleaning my house but until then, it's great seeing you do this.

@@ShyvonneMelanieTV It may be okay to keep one big piece like a pair of jeans or favorite dress as a reminder of how far you’ve come. I had a co-worker who had the same surgery that you had and that's what she did.

I usually limit myself to 1200 calories a day when i need to loose weight with most calories from protein. Works every time. I eat what i want but when i reach 1200 i stop for the day. That makes me really eat food with value. You are an inspiration to me with your work out schedule and health journey.

I have laminate flooring I am having the same problems as well with dirt between the cracks and those are real pine which is very rare these days I absolutely love them thank you for the video ❤

I suffer with low iron also and Ive found eating dark leafy greens added to salads have improved my iron levels, in addition to having red meat once a week.
38:07 I have the exact same electric blanket! I use it every night as well. I've got arthritis and it feels so good on my aching bones. I wrap up in it, and sleep like a baby.🧺
My Mom would mop the carpet & rugs when we were growing up. It does work, I tried it when I got kids and decided to go by a carpet cleaner. Lol

Hi Shyvonne! I get exactly what you are saying. When it comes to jeans that fit. I've also learn the color of the jean fabric etc. You can buy the same exact style jeans or pants. The color of the jeans can make a big difference in them fitting, just an FYI.. The same exact same jeans can differ a little bit in size due to the color of thr pants..Good for you Shyvonne perging can be a challenge! Say hi to the kids. Ms. Ramona
Ms. Ramona you are so right. I noticed that black jeans are always a little tighter on me no matter what. Also the darker the wash the tighter the jean on me.
Exactly Shyvonne! I'm in the process also of purging and re organizing all the clothes I have. I just do a little at a time and I just did laundry. It took me 5 hours at the Laundromat, smh. I love clothes and shoes. You can shop at my place..hehe Do what makes you happy self first it A Okay!
