It's kind of funny that when Brooke and Eric's marriage ends, instead of going back to Stephanie or Beth, Numbnuts ends up with psycho Sheila. I don't think Eric ever actually got over Brooke because he still takes up for her to this day even if he has to go against the person he is married to at the time. Quinn even mentioned one time that Eric put Brooke before her.

Stephanie with her double standards, if we consider that once pregnant with her first child from another man, manipulated Eric into marrying her but now that Brooke has this baby outside wedlock, Stephanie won't give the divorce to Eric. Such a monster she is.
