Dear PAO: What is the Crime of Adultery?

Dear PAO,
My wife is having an affair with the brother of her officemate. I received several pictures and video clips of my wife with her other man. They have been going out for three (3) months now. Can I file an adultery case against the brother of my wife’s officemate without including my wife in the complaint because I do not want to hurt my two (2) daughters who love their mother so dearly?

Having intimate text messages to a widowed man can be an evidence of adultery, even if you are not living on the same house, you are only having online relationship because you are living from different countries. Could this be charge against adultery?

Ask lng Po mam, Yung ate ko Po at Ang husband nya matagak napo Hindi nagsasama at hiwalay Sila na Hindi sa papel. Nagloko Po kasi Ang husband nya noong nasa abroad pa Siya hangang nakabalik at Nag ka anak Sila.. ilang beses Po nahuli nami Ang husband nya nagloko. So ngayun Po 3yrs na Po Sila Hindi nagsasama at sa bata nlng Sila nag e sport. At Yung ate ko nagka jowa ,, nagalit ba Po Ang ex husband nya dahil nagka jowa ate ko e matagak na Po Silang wla. Ngyun gusto mg demanda Ang ex husband nya. Ano Po laban sa ate ko o ma kakaso laban sa ex nya. 😢
