Jonathan Bouchier Hayes explains his experience of the BioInnovate Ireland programme

  • Jonathan Bouchier Hayes completed the BioInnovate Ireland programme in 2014/15 and from there has developed a world-leading technology to treat lung cancer without the need for invasive surgery. Hear about Jonathan’s journey from BioInnovate to becoming CEO of Endowave, which currently employs 20 people in the Galway region.
    The BioInnovate Fellowship is a specialist medical device and digital health innovation programme affiliated to Stanford BioDesign. The programme is based at University of Galway and is co-funded by Enterprise Ireland. To date, BioInnovate has trained 144 Fellows to become future innovators with a global impact. The programme uses a proven process that has led to 33 start up companies developing new technologies for the benefit of patients worldwide.
