Sorry I’m confused on third drill. You talk about making a double play. But he never tags the base before throwing to second. Wouldn’t you need to go back and tag the base to get runner out at first assuming it was a ground ball. Or are assuming it’s not ground ball in the scenario?
Also which size smoosh balls do you recommend? I got some but it seems little hard for our Kinders-2nd to catch bare hand.
Why switch legs on the forehand wall drill?
To keep your eyes over the ball. He mentions it on the drill. If you try to to pick a ball with your left hand and left foot forward, you overbalance to see the ball right.
