It's solo pod time, haven't done that in a long while and I have to say, how much I missed you guys. The feedback we get on our solo podcasts is too crucial for both my team and myself. That's where we get our most honest feedback not just for the particular video but also our overall direction for our brand and CZcams Channel. I truly hope from my heart that this podcast gives you healing and strength.
I am diving into the 3 most emotional phases of my life; My 3 Heartbreaks. The purpose of this podcast is to share my pain and the heartbreaks that I have experienced in the 30 years of my existence. Even though heartbreaks give us pain, our aim should always be to focus on healing and moving forward. My goal is to provide healing to the world or to anyone who might have gone through a similar phase in their life. I am extremely grateful for what life has given me till now, whether it is heartbreak or success. Because of all those experiences, I have become who I am today.

Hey Ranveer, I am a girl and I am 26 now. I have gone through the same experiences that you faced. I also grew up watching Bollywood movies in which we can see that you end up getting the person you deserve, but in reality, life is not a Bollywood movie. I am trying to get myself out of all my sorrows, pains, guilt and negativities without anybody's help because no one can understand what I am going through. In Oct 2020 I had an heartbreak
I couldn't healed out of it yet , it affected my mental and physical health poorly but after watching this I think I have learned very important thing in life thank you Ranveer ❤️

I have had 3 heartbreaks in my life, each one of it was painful. But now when I see my life, my very caring and loving husband who I dated for 7 yrs before getting married and our baby who’s not even a year old…it’s the best possible thing that has happened to me. Watching this podcasts made me go back in time and forgive all those situations, people and love my self a little bit more for coming out stronger from it. For now I know that those things were meant to happen for me to be where I am today.

I hope you read this, I’m going through a similar situation but a tougher journey.
I’m 29 and lost the love of my life in a road accident within six months of our marriage! He was hospitalised for 2 months, unconscious all this time but year we are spiritual beings and we often forget that.
I’ve always been drawn towards spirituality and yes I’m an old soul praying that this is my last birth on this planet. My inclination towards know why’s and how’s of soul journey have only increased, more meditation, soulful Saturday so on and so forth.
With pain comes the remedy and you outgrow your old self for a bright future.

I can resonate, I took some of the worst decisions in my life after a major heartbreak. Lesson learnt was - never fall into rebound relationship and definitely don’t get married just because your ex was getting married.
It takes a lot of courage to let your heart open out to someone and you're doing this to the world. Mad respect for you. I know even though you are letting out all these things there's still a lot more going inside you which only you can feel. Just know as you said, time will heal everything. Love yourself the way you'd love your partner. You're a great person and you are enough ❤.

Emotional pain is so much worse than physical pain! I agree! I lost my sons father, my fiancé April 2020 to a car accident. He was my whole world at that time. We talked all day everyday. There were some not so great times between us. But we loved one another. He taught me so very much. That pain was beyond any break up with someone living. When u can’t text or call some one ever again. U never get to see them again, ugh I don’t wish that on anyone. A few weeks before, I lost my brother. His wife killed him. So I was reeling. The hardest few years of my life. But I’ve never learned so much. ❤ I am grateful for all of my experiences with this person. I’m grateful for the loss because without it, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today. I wouldn’t have learned so much and completely changed my life. Things were dark for a while. But wow the beauty on the other side of the pain is priceless

It’s unfortunate that it takes such pain sometimes to see the real value of life ❤️ I am grateful for all of that pain. It still hurts sometimes. I think those times will always come.

I recommend doing a lot of inner child healing..talk to your younger self as an adult you wish you had during your difficult times. This practice is very effective (in psychology)
