  • Child keeps repeating that she refuses to return to foster care where she was placed against her will by a corrupt family court.
And the police starts to treat her like a criminal.
I wish the piece of shit police officers a a brake failure, the same applies to the family court judges and social workers.
    Legalised fascism.
UK politicians don't do anything about it.

I spent my whole childhood being neglected and emotionally abused by my parents and physically abused by my dad. I was assigned a social work to me as the teachers suspected abuse because of the way I acted and always had bruises. I admitted the abuse and begged them to take me into care. I also begged the police not to send me home after they would find me walking around town by myself in the middle of the night at aged 13. The police still sent me home, giving me a lecture like I was bad and they didn’t even ask my parents why they hadn’t reported me missing even though it was 3am and hadn’t been seen since school. I’m 28 now and currently live in a hospital so I can have intense therapy as I now have life long mental illnesses. It makes me so angry how kids get taken away when they don’t need to be when there are other kids who need to be taken away and they just get ignored.

And you can tell they have been shown no love and affection they hate society it's terrible.
I know some kids need to be removed from their parents (e.g. Baby P) but these homes are terrible they are like mini prisons or like putting the kid in a cheap hotel made of cheap MDF and just leaving them there alone.

What I find strange is, in the UK you can be tried as an adult for murder at the age of ten, yet a child at the age of ten cannot make a decision about where they want to live.
What we just saw was abuse of a child and all above board and legal.

And forcing her to go means they shall now ensure a run away. But there would have been a reason they took her and the process begins at the bottom: child in need: child protection: then more time is given for them to fix up and then: you go to court. Whilst speaking in a manner in which you describe may of course be considered "improper", given the apparent totality of circumstances represented here, it may be part of a defence mechanism to prevent further physiological harm in the future.
Language can be picked up anywhere, and if there really was a malicious streak to the parent(s), why would the girl act so repulsed by the police's intervention?
The conduct of those individuals "Just. Doing. Their. Job." is infinitely more insidious, as is presented here.
I'm only commenting here from memory - not rewatching the video - simply because I get very upset after watching another human being suffering in the manner that this girl clearly is.

    Social services are very corrupt
To cut a long story short.
We have been foster carers for 13 years but now they have removed a foster child of who'm we had in placement for 2 and a half years from a 3 month old baby.
They snatched him from nursery and didn't even allow us to say goodbye to him.
This little boy would have been traumatised by this because he was autistic and saw us as his parents.
They did all of this because we were fighting for his medical needs to be met. He had been referred to a specialist who said he was autistic and referred him to the complex communication autism unit to be assessed at what level he is on, but the child social worker in collusion with the IRO and the family finder were fighting us to stop this from happening because it was hindering the adoption process and because of it not many adopters were coming forward.
But he'd had two adoption match failures already due to social services trying to cover it up to prospective adopters who knew once they met the child that there was more to his condition that what was being told to them.
We didn't want this child to have anymore adopters pulling out on him and fought for a medical diagnosis so that in future potential adopters would know exactly what they were taking on and have a support package put in place because we were being refused support to meet his needs due to him being undiagnosed ,which is snother reason why we kept pushing for it.
In our opinion though this child should have never been removed from his birth mum in the first place.
He was removed because his mum suffered from epilepsy and because she grew up in the care system herself she had no support network.
Please be aware out there that social services are not there to ever support , they only want to remove children and force adoptions on them.
About 3 years ago we also fought for two children who they were trying to forcibly adopt too.
Thankfully their grandparents came forward for them and again we fought like mad to make that happen.
It was only due to the court guardian being in agreement with that one that this took place.
    They were the lucky ones.
We want to tell our story as foster carers of how social services are so corrupt.
We never went into fostering for that purpose and warn others now not to do it.
The system is absolutely corrupt, social services told us that because we were working against them they have removed the child from our care and placed him out of our area so all the professionals who were involved with him at the time are no longer in place.
We were told by foster talk that what they did was illegal because you cant remove a child from a foster placement unless they are in imminent danger and he wasnt. But we cant do anything about it.
We have been foster carers for 13 years with an excellent track record and we've never had a negative outcome in looking after children and bringing them on in their development. Our only issues have been around the corrupt system and how they abuse children.

All i can say is poor, poor girl and i hope she keeps running away like shes says she will and just go back to the people in the house, as far as i could see they were trying to do what was best for the kid. And i dont even know if that was her dad / family their with her, but she sounded like she fault safe there. So is that not her right to be safe, weather the system or the police like it or not. For a 10 year old she had a good head on her and im sure the system has helped a lot in that, as shes knows you cant trust the system. The social workers and the police should hold down their heads in shame. Come on guys we have to stand up for our rights and our kids rights.

He kicked and screamed and would not take the pre meads to kinda make him dopey before having the IV to put him to sleep. So in the end we had to let him have his rights and say no to the opp at that time. They made a new appointment for a few weeks later, in the mean time we talked to him about all this and why hes got to have the opp ect.. And when we went a few weeks later he had it. But in this video the kid is not being stroppy as you put it shes saying she want to stay here where shes feels safe and if thats not her right them im wrong. Like the docs said about my lad and his opp they said if hes saying no we cant do the opp as thats his rights. And he was 10 at the time.

Didn't let me go to school a lot of times, and when I was seventeen, he threw me out of the house and I was homeless for almost a year. Yet no one was around to do shit for me, as is often the case in actual abuse; then you get kids who by all appearances look like they are in good or decent care, and they are coming in and taking them out and generally ruining their childhood.

My eldest kids best mate was taken by the SS and beaten by a foster career. When she report this to her teacher the SS came to the school and told this child it did not have happened and that they have known her career since they were in school together. my eldests best friend tried to take her own life three times because of the abuse she was now getting in foster care but they kept her in that home. I am sorry but this is very wrong. The Courts, Police and Social workers should be very ashamed of themselves. I was in care, I was taken away just as this little girl was, hence why I cannot stand any of them. I never committed crime until I went into care. I was passed around, into a children homes and many different foster families I then had tried to take my own life while I was in care, I tried to kill myself due to the abuse at a children's home. Although I believe that there were many victims, the abuse was thrown under the carpet when it was being investigation which was unfair to victims. We all are appalled when the social workers do not do they job, when it has become fatal, but over zealous scumbags like these social workers and the Police in this video should be SHAMED of themselves and should be exposed for what they are. This girl was obviously happy to stay at that home, the social workers and the rest of the system are abusing powers, have done for years but we all need to say STOP. This is Terrorism for that little girl, she must be scared. it is a violation of duty and care. The Judges and Social Service workers need to be in Prison for life. I wish I could give you a hug. I have solicitors telling me my son being taken away was a miscarriage of justice but there's nothing I can do about it. Children's services in the UK hold too much power. They did not try to resolve the ''concerns'' they brought up and pushed to have him adopted, although they said they tried but we ''did not work openly and honestly'' and ''disengaged.'' It all started when a spiteful neighbor, who was upset at how much noise he made, reported us for apparently leaving him alone at home. This was proven to be false but when they dug around in paperwork they saw my history of depression and self-harm due to being abused as a child and things went wrong from there. ''Concerns'' turned into whacking great lies and the whole process seemed to have us condemned from the start. Its a long story and I can't say it all but there are many people I know, including my sister in law who have had a little accusation snow ball into a child protection case that adoption seems to be the only viable solution for. Coincidentally all of these children are 4 and under.
People judge you for being a bad parent or accuse you of lying when you bring it up saying ''they don't just arrive in the middle of the night and take your kids'' and ''it would never hold up in court'' but the truth is it can and does.
If you would like to talk to someone who understands and won't judge then please feel free to message me, even if you just want to shout and swear. Nobody should have to go through this pain feeling alone.
I'm glad you had a lucky escape though and I hope your son isn't too traumatized over the whole ordeal.
      Hugs

No I didn’t think so it’s £1000 per month, you have to attend three meetings a week and have no other job, would you like to live off of £12000 a year, the only reason you people hate them is that your children have been removed from your homes it’s so hard to get a child removed from a house and they are all removed for a good reason often abuse mental and physical, think before you people open your mouths

I totally agree with you on this. I have a friend who’s fostered a teenage boy. They are both 50 years old, never had children of their own. Their foster son isn’t allowed to call them mum or dad but has asked for the last two years to be adopted by them. They say no and they’ve told me they won’t because they won’t get the £500 a week if they adopt him. I think this is so sad, they give him what he wants, they give in, he talks to them like shit and they never tell him off. There’s no love and definitely zero parenting skills. It saddens me a lot.

I grew up in the generation where we were allowed to get hit. No one ever tried to intervene. My mom almost broke my jaw hitting me across my face with a rolling pin cuz my sister and I woke her up fighting over a shirt she had stolen from me. My mom always took her side cuz she was the baby of the family(of 8) and could do no wrong. But that pales in comparison to what she'd done to my older siblings. I dropped out of school and moved out at age 16. Not even the school tried helping. Didn't try to talk me into staying. Just responded did you register and you know where the door is when I asked how I go about dropping out! But I survived unlike countless other children from those days who were brutalized by parents. But now it seems kids understand that if you even look at them sideways they'll threaten to say they're being abused. I think the CPS is broken here in there US as well as the UK

The officer who tried to drag me, and I was like below the age of 10, I told him clear as day. If he picked me up, I would beat the hell out of him. Surprised at how strong I was, dad was laughing at them as I struck him as hard as I could. Leaving a bruised eye. So what happens? I go to jail and am put in a panic room were I continue my bullshit with cursing and every word I could think of that I had secretly been learning from my father. So I get put in a foster home.....again......and this time when I break out. I am waiting again. But this time when they show up. I had a gun in my hand, I had asked for my fathers handgun and he gave it to me. So the social worker is hiding behind the officer and says "Your coming with us." To which I told them "No...I.....am......not. You took me to hell and if you come over here. I will drag you with me when I pull this trigger. And damn the consequences. I was old enough to know how to shoot if have to ask. But what caused this kinda defensive and aggressiveness? 1st home, the foster fathers son raped up, burnt out stuff and beat us. And then the 2nd home has a drunk ass father who would come in the middle of the night with the lights off and beat the hell out of us. I could tell you more. A good mate of mine has fostered mentally challenged children between the ages of 4-10, for many years now. He recently explained that the social worker assigned to him and a certain boy, has to return the boy to his biological mother. The mother is a heroin user that kept the boy hidden in the loft, she'd mentally and physically abused him for 5 years - to the point where he's terrified of women (When I say terrified, he's having panic attacks and self harm if he feels a woman is angry at him) and hasn't fully developed how to talk.
The boy is 9 years old and suffers with autism quite badly. The social worker won't take the necessary steps to address the boys autism as her word is gospel in the eyes of the U.K state. My mate is currently fighting a legal battle to prevent a abused boy from returning to his abuser. Anyone who fosters has my utmost respect, you're an unsung hero.

I don't know why they taken that girl away from her dad but the whole thing is horrendous and scary to happen to a child. In my opinion the girl is not happy to go with them claiming abuse by fosters families, as far as I'm concern they should've listened the girl despite court orders and let her calm down with a different strategy because they are doing abuse to her as it is. STOP THE ABUSE OF POWERS!!!!!!!!!

No. You're right you DON'T know why she was taken. Now I'm not going to say the Dad is in the wrong because i also do NOT know. But i disagree that they should have disobeyed a court order. As for abuse if power... by who. The police. They're following orders g8ven to them to do their job using the proper channels in place and protect that child. You can't get the context of the situation from this video. It is heart breaking for sure but we are too quick to judge the police. I agree that change to the system tho.

I used to be in a children's home and ran away that many times that the police actually gave up coming to take me back due to me literally walking straight back out of the door and back to my mums within 10 minutes of them leaving. Finally after 2 years of doing that now at the age of 14 at the time my social worker came round to my mums to ask if I wanted to stay there but I need to see him once a week. I was like of course I'll do anything to just stay here with my mum. So sometimes it actually works to just repeat it over and over and because the police have better things to do they will insist that they will no longer help since if you are not in any harm there is nothing they can do.
Got out of going to boarding school doing the same thing except with that the police were never involved it was just the head teacher coming to force me into his car and at the time I didn't know that he was not allowed to do that, if I did it would have ended differently. However I left school the following year at the age of 15 as I don't believe that being in a boarding school was helping me. At the age of 18 I attended college to get my GCSE's so no harm was done :)
All I can say to children out there in abusive situations like this little girl is to keep running safely to your fathers house and eventually they will give up. Don't worry about them coming to take you as there are always ways to get back! Make sure you know your parents contact number and call them if you are too far. Stay safe on the streets and think first! Good luck to you all. Don't trust any social worker as they don't care what you have to say.

surely it seems common sense that she feels safe and happier in her own home.

There must be a reason she can't be with her parents, they wouldnt just do this randomly to split families...parents must have been up to something seriously bad for their own daughter to be pulled away from them forcibly...think about it.

+Alice I have thought about it from the child's own perspective she wants to stay at home. Unless children changed that much from when I was a child if I were badly treated, or assaulted in anyway then I would certainly not want to be with my parents. They make mistakes lots of times sometimes tragically been on the news in the newspapers. I do not automatically think social services or police are correct 100 % of the time merely because of who they are. I do think for myself and do not follow along the mind set they are always correct very dangerous to assume that. ☺

This is awful to watch, but I think that female police officer was amazing. She tried her absolute hardest to make it as painless as possible for the child, if only we had more people like her dealing with these types of situations!

How could she not feel, she is hurting a child by her action? What is amazing about assistance to help abusive foster families get their "cannon fodder"? To me it was like seeing nice german nurse from Reich helping a doctor murdering child in T4 programm.

Wonder Woman oh yes I see it now my teacher uses the same tactic to gets people to talk by using the power over them emotionally because an abused and needy child is likely to have transference. And it works Everytime it does not work on my friend as its a father she's looking for but with me it's fucking hell and I hate her.

      @Fluffbutt Před 6 lety +2

      That's exactly how they work.
Social services are NOT your friend, they are NOT there to help (at all) - they are there to further their own authority and power.
People might think that the police are partly victims as they have to go along to enact the court orders... but they only pretend to care in order to get the job done quickly and without fuss (so they then don;t have to deal with the fuss).
Make no mistake, the UK is a fascist country (Yes - "secret court hearings" where only the social services vermin side is heard? No 'right of reply', no defence... fascism.) and the social services are verminous sh!tstains of humanity.

Saying she's old enough to make her own decisions is irrelevant. She's been put into foster care in the first place for a reason, the police should be investigating the abuse cases of the foster parents but if she has been removed and moved from the original parents house then there is no reason for her to stay there. She isn't old enough to understand the intentions of the police and that they're under orders in her best interest. The only fault is that they aren't inspecting the foster abuse cases

Lillian Rose yes, her aggressive attitude seems to reflect that her household likely wasn’t one a child should grow up in. Nevertheless being removed forcibly isn’t an experience many would willingly take up, a lot of trauma can come from the foster care system and I would know. As much as my family wasn’t the best foster care changed me for the worse, I think it’s simply that I was doomed to fail at the fault of others since the beginning.

The problem we have and are getting help with, there are no rights for children in care, the social workers aren't vetted ever, those caring for children ie Foster parents can abuse all the kids in their care and will never face courts or jail, they can have sex with minors as it's more coming to light as many kids are trying to get pedofiles foster parents in court,
